Business Development Manager Overview:

  4. Promote and sell Mackay's key marine-electronics products, including ship-board service, equipment, parts, and satellite airtime.

  5. Build relationships with clients through attentive service, facilitating inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction with Mackay services and products.

  6. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales.

  7. Plan sales approaches and use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate properly.

Required Qualifications :

· QF Level 5 (bachelor's degree) in marketing, business, or related field.

· Technical expertise and experience. A good working knowledge of bridge electronics is preferred.

· Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English is required.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

· Relationship builder and effective communicator. Will interact with many departments and individuals within the company and outside of it in person, or via phone and/or email.
