Job Description

Ecosystem & Business Development Lead (Chains/Protocols/RWA/Financial Assets/Funds)

Full Time | Remote(Global) | Ecosystem & BD Department

About Pharos Network

Pharos Network is a next-generation Web3 infrastructure designed to connect real-world assets (RWA) and digital liquidity into a unified, open economy. We empower real-world industries—such as finance, energy, and beyond—to build on-chain applications and unlock new value flows. With support from top-tier investors including Hack VC and Fraction VC, Pharos is building the foundation for a decentralized, modular ecosystem where real assets and digital innovation converge.

Role Overview

Pharos Network is seeking an experienced and driven
Ecosystem & Business Development Lead

to accelerate ecosystem expansion and capital integration across our key growth tracks —
Chains, Protocols, RWA, Financial Assets, and Funds

.

You will take ownership of
two tracks

aligned with your expertise and network, helping shape how both on-chain infrastructure and real-world capital converge within the Pharos ecosystem. This role is highly strategic and cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to design and execute high-impact partnerships.

Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development

  • Define and execute Pharos's partnership strategy across your chosen tracks (e.g., Chain integrations, DeFi protocol onboarding, RWA issuer partnerships, institutional fund engagement).
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with ecosystem stakeholders — from developers and validators to asset managers and liquidity providers.
  • Negotiate and close partnerships that expand network utility, liquidity, and tokenized asset adoption on Pharos.
  • Identify and prioritize markets or verticals that strengthen Pharos's position at the intersection of infrastructure and capital markets.

2. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities that drive TVL, tokenized asset flows, and revenue growth within your tracks.
  • Design incentive programs or joint go-to-market strategies to onboard protocols, issuers, or institutional participants.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to scope integrations, co-develop use cases, and align technical requirements with business outcomes.
  • Build co-marketing or liquidity initiatives that demonstrate ecosystem value and reinforce partner success.

3. Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Own the full partner journey—from first contact to post-launch success—ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Serve as the key liaison for strategic partners, coordinating technical, operational, and marketing support across teams.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with ecosystem stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring mutual growth.

4. Product Collaboration & Feedback Loop

  • Act as the
    voice of partners

inside Pharos: collect partner and market insights to shape product roadmap and ecosystem priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tooling, documentation, and APIs that improve the partner integration experience.
- Provide structured feedback on market trends, technical blockers, and evolving needs in RWA and capital markets.

5. Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement

  • Represent Pharos at key industry conferences, panels, and events to build brand credibility and network depth.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives (blog posts, research collaborations, or ecosystem reports) highlighting Pharos's role in connecting real assets with on-chain finance.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth within
    blockchain, fintech, or capital markets

.
- Strong understanding of at least
two

of the following domains: Chains, Protocols, RWA, Financial Assets, or Funds.
- Proven record of closing complex partnerships or integrations in DeFi, tokenization, or financial infrastructure.
- Familiarity with asset tokenization, on-chain liquidity design, and institutional capital flows is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with strong execution ability; thrives in fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environments.
- Bonus: Existing network among chain ecosystems, RWA platforms, or institutional investors.

You'll thrive here if

  • You're equally fluent in DeFi and TradFi, and see how they converge.
  • You can translate between technical teams and financial institutions.
  • You want to be part of a small, high-leverage team shaping how real-world economies go on-chain.
