Role Overview
As a DevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and maintaining robust cloud-native infrastructure solutions. Your leadership will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems while enabling high-velocity software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex cloud solutions across multi-region and multi-account environments, with a strong focus on automation, observability, and resilience.
- Own and scale Kubernetes (k8s) environments, including orchestration, deployment strategies, and service mesh integration.
- Manage GitOps-based delivery using ArgoCD, ensuring secure and automated deployment pipelines across environments.
- Lead end-to-end DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi for reproducible, scalable infrastructure management.
- Oversee large-scale infrastructure operations, ensuring systems can handle high throughput, failover scenarios, and evolving platform demands.
- Drive cloud operations excellence by incorporating best practices around security, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align DevOps strategies with development needs and business goals.
- Champion DevOps culture and best practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and blameless post-mortems.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure roles, with 1–2 years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Large-scale Operations: Proven track record managing high-scale cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Kubernetes & GitOps: Deep experience managing Kubernetes clusters and deploying with ArgoCD or similar GitOps tools.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), scripting (Python, Bash), and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, or similar).
- IaC Expertise: Strong proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent infrastructure automation tools.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep familiarity with AWS; Good exposure in AWS networking components, AWS certifications are a plus.

Your mission:
- Develop and execute cloud strategies for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with group objectives and compliance requirements.
- Lead the migration and deployment of applications to cloud environments, ensuring adherence to security best practices and collaboration with IT departments.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cloud infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure architectures, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Design and implement DevSecOps toolchains to optimize the software development lifecycle, integrating security at every stage.

We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities:- Develop tools for application and performance monitoring
- Contribute to system architecture design
- Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure in IaC manner
- Improve and manage Terraform, K8S and CI/CD pipeline
- Design and implement Disaster Recovery & backup solution
- Automate and streamline operations and processes
- Communicate, escalate, and follow up as appropriate to ensure that problems are solved
- 5 years + Experience in DevOps & AWS
- Solid experience in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes is a must
- Experience in building CICD pipelines of a large-scale enterprise application and monitoring & maintaining mission critical system
- Experience in tools like: terraform/ k8s cluster yaml/ karpenter/ aws / rds postgres instance/ redis instance/ ec2 instance/ github repo/ msk/ datadog/ sumologic/ github actions/ argocd/ s3/ cloudfront distribution/ cloudflare/aws ecs service;
- Experience in Linux/ VPC and Network Security
- Ability to code. You are expected to write some maintainable code
- Technological Agility: Embrace modern AI tools to simplify and enhance everyday tasks
- A strong interest in working in technology and/or financial environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Being proactive, responsible, accuracy high, ownership of the resources is a must
