• Share with the team to support after office hour helpdesk roster duty around 1-2 months within a year with extra allowance.
• Assist senior teammates on other technical related tasks including partner/ customer technical workshop, product evaluation, demo, implementation support and onsite customer POCs if necessary.

• Associate degree or above in IT, E-commerce, Engineering, Science or Business disciplines
• Computer knowledge, experience in MS windows, backup solution and basic networking/ cyber security concept are required
