The Role
As a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across our digital asset ecosystem. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including trading, operations, compliance, and technology to ensure that risk is effectively managed in a rapidly evolving regulatory and market landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance risk management frameworks and policies specific to digital assets and financial products.
- Monitor market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks across the firm's trading and investment activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess new products, technologies, and business initiatives from a risk perspective.
- Lead regular risk reporting and analysis to senior leadership and governance committees.
- Stay up to date with regulatory developments, market trends, and emerging risks in the digital asset and broader financial markets.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory inquiries, and due diligence processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably within a crypto firm, digital asset platform, or asset management company.
- Strong understanding of digital asset products, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- Experience with market and credit risk management tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

While our digital assets team is primarily based in Amsterdam, we share responsibilities for the production landscape with a global team. As a key player in our trading ecosystem, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and enhancing critical trading applications and infrastructure while working closely with traders, developers, and performance engineers to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Assist in maintaining the reliability and performance of our CeFi and DeFi trading production landscape
- Collaborate with traders, performance engineers, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting trading efficiency
- Support the connectivity onboarding for new exchanges and counterparties
- Monitor and troubleshoot trading-critical applications and infrastructure, escalating issues when necessary
- Contribute to observability, operability, and scalability solutions for our trading environment
- Implement and improve automated monitoring, alerting, and deployment pipelines
- Gather and analyze system metrics and logs to fine-tune trading performance and fault detection
- Support internal teams by enhancing the reliability of software and trading infrastructure through automation and system tuning
- Help improve the stability, security, and efficiency of our trading operations by working across low-latency trading platforms, APIs, and distributed systems
- Contribute to the development of internal tooling and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
What you Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering, SRE, or Production Support for mission-critical systems
- Programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Expertise with Unix/Linux environments
- Interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, or DeFi trading protocols
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, multicast, etc.)
- Security-first mindset, with an understanding of best practices for safeguarding production environments
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across trading, technology, and operations teams
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and improve continuously
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, and AliCloud cloud environments
- Basic familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and Ansible
- Interest in high-frequency trading or low-latency environments
- Experience with cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, or DeFi trading protocols

Our client is a digital assets trading firm with strong global presence. Currently looking for a junior trading system support to join their APAC team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1/2 support for trading applications (e.g., execution platforms, OMS/EMS, algorithmic tools).
- Monitor system alerts and resolve issues related to order flow, connectivity (FIX), market data feeds , and trade lifecycle.
- Liaise between traders, developers, and brokers to escalate and resolve technical or trade-related issues.
- Document incidents, root causes, and solutions in the ticketing system (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Assist with UAT testing , deployments, and post-release checks.
- Support ad-hoc tasks: reconciliations, report generation, and user permissions.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in application support (financial services preferred).
- Basic knowledge of trading workflows and protocols.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk) and incident management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment (trading floor experience a bonus).

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Trader to enhance and optimize our options trading systems. This role involves shaping the team's direction, challenging existing processes, and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage risk and oversee trading for the desk’s options books.
- Analyze historical data to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Design, implement, and execute profitable options strategies.
- Collaborate with developers and the commercial team to improve trading performance.
This position offers the chance to impact strategic decisions and hands-on trading operations, covering APAC trading hours.
Background And ExperienceWe seek a highly skilled options trader with a proven track record in systematic or semi-systematic trading, preferably within a top market-making firm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of options trading, responsible risk management, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in trading environments, especially market-making or systematic strategies.
- Strong knowledge of options trading concepts, including market making and derivative strategies.
- At least four years of experience managing a profitable options book.
- Hands-on experience in TradeFi, DeFi, and/or crypto trading is highly preferred.
- Understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
- Ability to research, design, and implement trading models and strategies.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, especially Python; C#, C++, Java, or Rust are also acceptable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and willingness to experiment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse global teams.
- Openness to innovative approaches in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
