  • Support business to formulate IT strategy for sales and marketing solutions in alignment with business goals.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage project preparation work from implementation vendor selection (including bidding) to project kick-off.
  • Lead and manage IT projects related to sales and marketing solutions from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

System Development and Support

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of sales and marketing systems, including sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM, TPM), marketing digital solutions and corresponding interface with SAP and other systems.
  • Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team and business users.
  • Set up a system maintenance plan and process to ensure issues reported by users are resolved on time.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the sales and marketing area.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance sales and marketing operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Digital/IT, with at least 4 years of solid experience in implementing and maintaining sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM) and marketing digital solutions, with a proven track record.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ team management experience.
  • Work experience in a mid to large-sized global company.
  • Experience in implementing or supporting SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and technologies, particularly in sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM) and marketing digital solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital solution requirement and user-experience analysis is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM, TPM), marketing automation, and other relevant technologies (like mobile and web products).
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
  • Vendor management skills, including managing solution vendors and implementation vendors.
  • Strong teamwork ability.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum and Agile professional (SAFe or equivalent) or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Hybris, Salesforce) are a plus.
  • S/4 HANA SD module PA Certification is a plus.

  • Assist in preparing for and participating in client meetings, gathering relevant information, and helping to articulate Nethermind's value proposition to potential enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to help develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
  • Support the Managing Director in maintaining client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to effectively contribute to positioning Nethermind's products and services in the enterprise space.
  • Help document client requirements and prepare detailed proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Nethermind's solutions to address client challenges.
  • Attend industry events in the APAC region alongside the Managing Director to enhance brand visibility and help establish strong relationships within the enterprise and institutional community.
  • Assist in coordinating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of ethics in all business activities.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology or other related field.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a technology consulting and/or supporting technology sales role, with experience in enterprise and institutional environments, preferably within the blockchain and digital assets industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise requirements and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in helping craft compelling and winning proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must.
  • Strong interest in AI and applied AI is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events within APAC.
  • Based in the APAC region, preferably Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Governance & Compliance
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement data protection protocols (e.g., anonymization, access controls, audit trails).
  • AI & GenAI Project Leadership
  • Drive company-wide GenAI initiatives, identifying opportunities to integrate AI into business processes (e.g., customer service, claims automation, fraud detection).
  • Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and business teams to develop and deploy AI models with measurable business impact.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and assess their applicability in the insurance sector.
  • AI in Underwriting Innovation
  • Explore and prototype AI-driven underwriting solutions (e.g., predictive risk modeling, automated decision-making, NLP for medical records analysis).
  • Evaluate third-party AI tools and vendors for underwriting optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5 years or above experience in data governance, AI/ML projects, or insurance analytics (life insurance experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in delivering data products and managing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection best practices in financial services.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Python is a strong plus.

Role Purpose

The Head of Digital Innovation, PMO & IT Governance is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital execution, reinforcing IT governance, and promoting innovation across the organization. The role oversees the enterprise IT project portfolio through a centralized PMO, ensures compliance with governance standards, and supports solution delivery teams focused on data management, system integration, and application development.   • Ensure compliance with internal audit, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within PMO, governance, or digital solution delivery.
  • Proven success in establishing and leading project portfolio management and IT governance functions.
  • Knowledge of system integration, application development, and data platform delivery.
  • Experience managing offshore or remote development teams, especially in Mainland China.
  • Proficiency with industry frameworks: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001.

We are seeking a Digital Innovation and Growth Manager (Data Solution) to lead data governance initiatives and drive AI/GenAI innovation within our life insurance company. This role will ensure strict adherence to data protection protocols while spearheading new projects in Generative AI (GenAI) and exploring AI applications in underwriting. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data governance, compliance, and cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance efficiency, risk assessment, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

  • Data Governance & Compliance
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement data protection protocols (e.g., anonymization, access controls, audit trails).
  • AI & GenAI Project Leadership
  • Drive company-wide GenAI initiatives, identifying opportunities to integrate AI into business processes (e.g., customer service, claims automation, fraud detection).
  • Collaborate with Data Science, IT, and business teams to develop and deploy AI models with measurable business impact.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and assess their applicability in the insurance sector.
  • AI in Underwriting Innovation
  • Explore and prototype AI-driven underwriting solutions (e.g., predictive risk modeling, automated decision-making, NLP for medical records analysis).
  • Evaluate third-party AI tools and vendors for underwriting optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5 years or above experience in data governance, AI/ML projects, or insurance analytics (life insurance experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in delivering data products and managing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection best practices in financial services.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Python is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Role Purpose

The Head of Digital Innovation, PMO & IT Governance is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital execution, reinforcing IT governance, and promoting innovation across the organization. The role oversees the enterprise IT project portfolio through a centralized PMO, ensures compliance with governance standards, and supports solution delivery teams focused on data management, system integration, and application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PMO leadership and IT controls, with a strong understanding of contemporary solution delivery methods and proficiency in coordinating remote development resources, particularly in China.

Requirements
  • Lead and manage the centralized IT PMO to ensure structured project delivery, prioritization, and resource planning.
  • Oversee the full IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks covering project controls, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including contract management and performance tracking.
  • Support solution delivery teams in data, integration, and application development to meet delivery objectives.
  • Promote Agile and modern delivery practices to improve speed and adaptability.
  • Manage offshore development teams, especially in Mainland China, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within PMO, governance, or digital solution delivery.
  • Proven success in establishing and leading project portfolio management and IT governance functions.
  • Knowledge of system integration, application development, and data platform delivery.
  • Experience managing offshore or remote development teams, especially in Mainland China.
  • Proficiency with industry frameworks: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
