Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Degree holder or above in Media/ Film/ Communication/ Design / Marketing/ or related disciplines
  • Experiences in photo / video shooting, retouching, editing, animation, art direction and layout creation.
  • Proficient in Adobe CS, including Premiere Pro, After Effect, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other graphic design/video editing tools
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
  • Familiar with social media platforms and keep up with trends
  • Experience in content writing and editing would be a plus
  • Creative, have a positive and passionate approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals

Our service recipients include underprivileged children and youth, the unemployed, low-income families, ethnic minorities, refugees, migrant domestic workers, as well as orphans and abandoned children in Qinghai. We also run social enterprise programmes. Our services are based on the example of Jesus Christ to serve all people regardless of their age, gender, nationality and religion.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging content for digital platforms
  • Monitor and update websites, social media, and content marketing programs
  • Support digital marketing campaigns or promotional activities from planning to execution
  • Assist with marketing research and prepare analysis reports
  • Participate in and contribute to ad-hoc projects
  • Working location: Choi Wan
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma to Degree in marketing, event management, or related field
  • At least 1 year's relevant work experience, preferably in event management, social media management, or digital marketing
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or AI-based content tools, video editing, and photography skills are advantageous

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to execute and support our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on email marketing, SMS/Whatsapp marketing, and on-site merchandising. You will be working with a team of world-class paid marketers and collaboratively with talented designers and content producers; your role will be complementary to theirs in that you will be focused on the strategy of these channels rather than on the creation of the visual content.

The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities (subject to change depending on skills and business needs at the time)

  • Overseeing strategy for email, SMS and Whatsapp: how we merchandise through these channels (what, to who, when) through campaigns and automated flows
  • Continually optimizing our email/SMS/Whatsapp marketing from a technical standpoint (i.e. researching best practices and applying them)
  • Gathering CRM performance data and using insights to improve our practices
  • Troubleshooting technical issues we have with our CRM tools
  • Project managing any changes that we have to our tech stack related to CRM tools and our website
  • Ideating and running A/B tests on the website; analyzing results and continually applying new learnings
  • Coming up with new website experiences to accommodate new types of products and connecting the front-end experience with the user experience
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the design team

Who You Are

  • Professionally fluent in English
  • Either a mature graduate or with work experience (we'll tailor the role according to your experience)
  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software and digital tools
  • Coachable, with a commitment to continuous personal development and professional growth

  • Good command of Cantonese and English
  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing experience
