We are looking for a passionate IT professional to join the Service Excellence Team within Digital function of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties.
The Purpose Of The Job
- Contribute to the automation journey and inspire a culture of continuous improvement in Infra team
- Explore areas for automation / improvement and take initiatives to drive automation implementation until completion
- Plan, execute, and deliver the implementation of infrastructure services to support business initiatives and improve existing service level for both IT and OT systems
- Take lead in assigned domain area(s) to drive & deliver business outcomes
- Lead small-to-medium sized IT projects which target to roll out new solutions or enhance existing offerings
- Define and take the business as usual system support and maintenance as assigned
The appointee will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct user requirement studies (liaising with other Digital teams), system analysis and implement the infrastructure services or define operation procedures for Digital or business initiatives. Making the use of automation technology, e.g. Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, etc.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery and technical support activities. Provide BAU support on IT systems.
- Lead, implement, and drive delivery excellence in different sized (small to large) IT projects.
- Be a member of FinOps task force to conduct analysis on existing Cloud usage and coordinate within Infra team to manage the Cloud cost
- Take the lead to analyse and assess the effectiveness of existing infrastructure and IT operational processes (from Platform Services, Network & Security, Cloud Engineering, Application Systems & Operations teams) and identify areas for improvement, e.g.
- Routine scheduled jobs
- Cloud resources provisioning and management
- Firewall rules management
- Vulnerability management
- System patching
- License or maintenance renewal
- System and network monitoring and health check
- Routine account usage review
- Incident alerts and updates
- Drive improvement initiatives across different teams in Infrastructure and Operations such as collaboration across teams, shared automation platforms or reusable automation templates, etc.
- Articulate and formulate the operational process analysis and work with respective teams to implement the recommendations for eliminate, simplify and automate the routine operational tasks. Follow through the whole implementation lifecycles, including managing risks & quality against scope, test scheduling, resourcing, status tracking and defect management
- Utilize operational data, metrics, automation tools like RPA & Ansible to automate/digitalize manual process for less manual intervention and reduce human errors
- Demonstrate and promote the culture of automation and continuous improvement within Infra team.
- Provide training and support to IT operations team members on new standard operating procedure (SOP) and tools
- Track and measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- 8 years IT experience in IT infrastructure and operations
- Proven records in reviewing infrastructure & operations processes and drive for automation results
- Experience on managing routine IT infrastructure and operations processes, e.g. vulnerability management, audit & internal controls, compute resources provisioning, system monitoring, incident handling and reporting, system change, etc.
- Knowledge in automation tools like Power Automated, Ansible, etc.
- Professional credentials in ITIL, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Oracle Cloud, DevOps or relevant disciplines would be an advantage
- Good at Vendor Management, Relationship Management, Change management skills
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning
- Proactive, performance driven and results oriented

- Project Support: Support Animoca Brands’ incubated and affiliated projects (Mocaverse, Open Campus, The Sandbox) with their token logistics requirements

- Wallet Management: Securely manage company wallets, including hardware wallets, on-chain wallets and custodian wallets
- Counterparty Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new counterparties (exchanges, custodians, trading desks), ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations
- DeFi Operations: Actively participate in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) activities such as swapping tokens, providing liquidity on decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and staking tokens
- Token Listing: Participate in token listing processes on CEXs and DEXs

Ralph Lauren Asia Pacific is looking for a motivated and digital savvy Digital Content Operations Specialist to join the digital production team. The Digital Content Operations Specialist will partner closely with our cross-functional and cross-regional counterparts in APAC and global HQ to support our site and digital channel partnership initiatives. The candidate must be well versed in the digital world and can utilize digital to elevate the customer and brand experience. The role requires a detail oriented, driven, and collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
- Execute and distribute digital creative for .com site content and online partnerships
- Manage the digital production workflow to produce and deliver all ecommerce and digital needs such as seasonal creative, online media placements, and platform enhancements
- Partner closely with the ecommerce and digital marketing teams to service all APAC markets including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and South East Asia
- Route all creative and changes through appropriate stakeholders for review & approvals
- Maintain vendor relationships and track vendor deliverables
- Create tech briefs in collaboration with regional ecommerce and/or marketing teams and publish content via vendors as applicable to each country’s operating models
- Ensure the creative/design team delivers high quality, on-brand designs on time
- Effectively communicate and liaise with interdepartmental teams including marketing, IT, ecommerce, wholesale, legal, and global creative teams on digital content needs of the ecommerce businesses
- Identify, implement, and collaborate on process improvements
- Proactively monitor brand’s digital properties across devices, channels, markets
- Support QA of new creative design pages and production defects
- Support the regions on bringing local content to life on digital flagship properties by closely collaborating with internal design teams in and Global HQ
- Keep up-to-date on Global & Country-level Consumer Marketing Calendars and effectively manage project timeline to bring all campaigns to life on-time, on-brand, at all times
- Keep the consumer at the center when creating digital experiences across various digital platforms
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing digital projects, especially digital content in an ecommerce or digital agency environment
- Understands creative development and digital project processes
- Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels
- Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment
- You are also a strong communicator and relationship builder; a hands-on and independent self-starter; and a creative thinker and problem solver
- Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
- Experience with Salesforces or Adobe CMS is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- English fluency/advance knowledge is a must; fluency/advanced knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages is highly valued

Position Overview
Ralph Lauren Asia Pacific is looking for a motivated and digital savvy Digital Content Operations Specialist to join the digital production team. The Digital Content Operations Specialist will partner closely with our cross-functional and cross-regional counterparts in APAC and global HQ to support our site and digital channel partnership initiatives. The candidate must be well versed in the digital world and can utilize digital to elevate the customer and brand experience. The role requires a detail oriented, driven, and collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute and distribute digital creative for .com site content and online partnerships
- Manage the digital production workflow to produce and deliver all ecommerce and digital needs such as seasonal creative, online media placements, and platform enhancements
- Partner closely with the ecommerce and digital marketing teams to service all APAC markets including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and South East Asia
- Route all creative and changes through appropriate stakeholders for review & approvals
- Maintain vendor relationships and track vendor deliverables
- Create tech briefs in collaboration with regional ecommerce and/or marketing teams and publish content via vendors as applicable to each country's operating models
- Ensure the creative/design team delivers high quality, on-brand designs on time
- Effectively communicate and liaise with interdepartmental teams including marketing, IT, ecommerce, wholesale, legal, and global creative teams on digital content needs of the ecommerce businesses
- Identify, implement, and collaborate on process improvements
- Proactively monitor brand's digital properties across devices, channels, markets
- Support QA of new creative design pages and production defects
- Support the regions on bringing local content to life on digital flagship properties by closely collaborating with internal design teams in and Global HQ
- Keep up-to-date on Global & Country-level Consumer Marketing Calendars and effectively manage project timeline to bring all campaigns to life on-time, on-brand, at all times
- Keep the consumer at the center when creating digital experiences across various digital platforms
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum of 4 years' experience managing digital projects, especially digital content in an ecommerce or digital agency environment
- Understands creative development and digital project processes
- Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels
- Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment
- You are also a strong communicator and relationship builder; a hands-on and independent self-starter; and a creative thinker and problem solver
- Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
- Experience with Salesforces or Adobe CMS is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- English fluency/advance knowledge is a must; fluency/advanced knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages is highly valued
- Knowledge with China, Japan, and/or Korea ecommerce market is a huge plus

Requirement
- Managing Digital Assets: Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital assets, including token-vesting schedules, balance sheet management, and trade settlements
- Token Logistics: Execute token transfers and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Project Support: Support Animoca Brands’ incubated and affiliated projects (Mocaverse, Open Campus, The Sandbox) with their token logistics requirements
- Token Derivative Settlement: Handle derivative settlements related to OTC deals
- Wallet Management: Securely manage company wallets, including hardware wallets, on-chain wallets and custodian wallets
- Counterparty Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new counterparties (exchanges, custodians, trading desks), ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations
- DeFi Operations: Actively participate in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) activities such as swapping tokens, providing liquidity on decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and staking tokens
- Token Listing: Participate in token listing processes on CEXs and DEXs
- Internal Liaison: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless digital asset operations.

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and different departments
- Adaptability to learn and adapt to new tools and processes in the evolving digital landscape
