About The Opportunity

As a Content Designer, you are the bridge between our users and our products. Your expertise in crafting clear, concise, and accurate content not only builds trust with our users but also transforms complex product features into intuitive, easy-to-understand experiences. You will foster relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Localization.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Craft clear, concise, and user-centered content for digital products, including UI text, microcopy, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding flows, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  2. Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, UX researchers, and developers to understand user needs, product goals, and technical constraints, and deliver content that enhances functionality and usability.
  3. Develop content strategies that align with the company’s brand voice and tone, driving consistency across platforms and products, while adapting to different user personas, use cases, and business needs.
  4. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and content audits to analyze the effectiveness of content, gather insights, and iterate on content solutions to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  5. Create and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure a cohesive content experience across multiple teams and projects, fostering alignment and scalability.
What We Look For In You
  • At least 5 years of content writing or UX writing and people management experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Language Studies, Journalism, Communications, Translations or Interpretation or related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and outstanding ability to write in English at a near-native level
  • Proven experience in various forms of writing, such as content strategy, UI copy, microcopies and user education
  • Experience in creating style guides, content framework, and working with diverse or global teams
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner
  • Deep commitment to enhancing user experience, prioritizing user needs and insights into content creation
Nice to Haves
  • Experience or familiarity with the crypto or blockchain industry
  • Proficiency in design and localization software
  • International experience, covering content targeted towards different geographical regions
  • Proficiency in written Chinese is a bonus but not required

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media) across overseas markets.
  • Support keyword research, SEO optimization, and management of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to enhance traffic and lead generation.
  • Help set up social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and create engaging content to grow and interact with audiences.
  • Create and optimize digital content, including landing pages, social media posts, and websites to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Support website revamp efforts, collaborating with design and development teams for SEO and user experience improvements.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform new campaigns tailored to SEA markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in financial services, forex, or fintech sectors.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok.
  • Experience setting up social media channels and creating initial content to grow platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketingplan and digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Plan, develop engaging content and copy-writing for multiple social media channels, website, email marketing campaign, CRM, SEO to achieve targeted business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance to identify trends, refine strategies and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of online platforms, and achieve OKRs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives and brand consistency with the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep ahead of the curve.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Oversee app marketing initiatives, including push notifications, in-app messaging, and performance optimization to enhance user retention and engagement.
  • Support the setup, optimization, and promotion of the e-shop, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience and drive sales conversion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of solid experience is preferred in executing digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, etc.
  • Passion for trading card, pop culture, anime IP and social media.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in utilising social media management tools, including graphic design and video editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Good written and verbal communication skill in Cantonese and English.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hong Kong who will be responsible for overseeing client projects that may include areas around e-commerce development, CRM, growth and digital marketing, and omnichannel strategies for our clients. This candidate will lead the development of digital projects and campaigns to drive our clients' ecommerce business forward.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of retail and/or ecommerce business
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with digital marketing or other digital / ecommerce projects or ability to learn quickly on digital / ecommerce platform technologies
  • A creative problem solver with a analytical approach to decision making
  • Able to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and work with clients in a consulting capacity
  • Experience working in FMCG, retail and/or DTC brands preferred

We are expanding our footprint and are obtaining more exclusive Media rights across the OOH spectrum in Hong Kong.

We are now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our creative, smart, and fun team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts and leading a Marketing Executive to execute marketing campaigns for DOOH and POOH.

What you need to do:

  • Manage social media accounts and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Bravo Media websites, including content creation, updates, and optimization.
  • Develop and execute DOOH and PDOOH related marketing programs.
  • Provide client-facing support, addressing clients' requests and ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage sales and advertising-driven campaigns in the digital space.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, understand market trends.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to drive all improvement projects.

What we need from you:

  • 6 years of marketing experience in the Advertising/ Media/OOH industry.
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as an Assistant Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other marketing tools, e.g.,admanGO and Nielsen Media Index, is a plus.
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
