The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team helps companies and organizations build their online presence and grow their businesses. Within GCS, the Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) program is designed to support small and medium sized businesses with significant growth potential. AGT specializes in building full funnel strategies to increase customer's return on investment, scale customer business base, and make businesses grow. In this role, you will identify and grow key client prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem, and set them up for sustainable growth on the platforms.   • Propose investments and deliver transformational marketing solutions to support client growth according to business and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creative concept development and handling all stage of designindependently including but not limited to the following:
  • Animated ads (Gif & html5) and simple video for online advertising
  • Social media visual, infographic, motion graphic and simple video editing
  • Create mockups to visualize creative concepts
  • Simple landing page for promotional campaign
  • EDM & printed materials
  • Brainstorm, develop and create innovative concepts with social media, business development and marketing team.
  • Support marketing team to develop corporate marketing materials according to company objective

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of design experience in marketing agencies are preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, After Effect and Adobe Premiere
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, video shooting, illustration would be an advantage
  • CREATIVE, self-motivated, open-minded, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with social media platforms (i.e. meta, weibo, X, xiaohongsu.etc. ) and aware of the latest trends
  • Experience in handling design job for brands, beauty, FMCG, business service, finance or public sector client is a plus
  • Open to constructive feedback

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Lead and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to grow brand presence, engagement, and community loyalty.
  • Content Creation & Campaigns: Develop compelling, brand-aligned content including short-form videos, visuals, and copywriting for digital channels. Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to produce high-impact campaigns.
