This role involves spearheading cutting-edge initiatives such as drone-assisted inspections, autonomous mobile robots, robotic process automation, and AI/ML solutions tailored to the aerospace MRO sector. The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of innovation projects, from research and proof of concept to large-scale deployment, collaborating with research institutes, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to embed advanced technologies into operational workflows. • Experience working with external vendors, research institutes, or government agencies, particularly in securing funding or patent activities.

• Strong analytical, communication, and change management capabilities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or DevOps is a plus.
