- 2–3 years of management experience in the F&B industry; prior experience with a burger or fast‑casual restaurant chain is preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance management.
- Ability to train and develop team members across all aspects of store operations.
- Must have a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Food Handler certification is highly preferred.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Restaurant General Manager.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily restaurant operations, including team rosters, training, and administration.
•Ensure flawless execution of service while enhancing the guest dining experience.
•Monitor food & beverage costs, labor budgets, and inventory to maximize profits.
•Lead, coach, and inspire team members to exceed guest expectations.
•Handle social media feedback and assist in event operations.
Requirements:
•5 years or more of managerial experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants or hotel.
•Having experience in new restaurant openings and management is a plus.
•Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
•Proficient in using computer systems for inventory, staff scheduling, and reporting.
•6 days of work
