A new creative Western-Japanese restaurant opening mid-November in Causeway Bay. We are now seeking an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to join our team. Those with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Restaurant Manager position.

Responsibilities:


•⁠  ⁠ommunicating with Operation Manager / Restaurant Manager on a day to day basis.


•⁠  oordinate with Operation Manager / Restaurant Manager plans and actions to achieve improved operations, overcome deficiencies, and instigate necessary changes.


•⁠  aily inspection of restaurant and readiness (aisle set-up, dining room set-up) according to standards.


•⁠  andle guest complaints in the most diplomatic manner.


•⁠  wareness of budget and continuous work toward achieving budgeted goals.


•⁠  romote and maintain good employee relations between service kitchen and dining room.

Requirements:


•⁠  -5 years fine dinning / hotel F&B restaurant experience


•⁠  reat conversational skills and teamwork-oriented


•⁠  ositive outlook and outgoing personality


•⁠  mmediate available is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion the hospitality and service excellence standards, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team through hands‑on leadership and daily coaching.
  • Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure smooth execution of the daily checklist.
  • Manage inventory control, food quality, safety, and facility maintenance.
  • Drive team development, motivation, and engagement to maintain a strong culture of service excellence.
  • Support community engagement initiatives, representing the brand positively and professionally.


Requirements
  • A natural leader with strong abilities in coaching, motivating, and driving operational excellence.
  • 2–3 years of management experience in the F&B industry; prior experience with a burger or fast‑casual restaurant chain is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance management.
  • Ability to train and develop team members across all aspects of store operations.
  • Must have a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
  • Food Handler certification is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Restaurant General Manager.

•Ensure flawless execution of service while enhancing the guest dining experience.


•Monitor food & beverage costs, labor budgets, and inventory to maximize profits.


•Lead, coach, and inspire team members to exceed guest expectations.


•Handle social media feedback and assist in event operations.

Requirements:


•5 years or more of managerial experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants or hotel.


•Having experience in new restaurant openings and management is a plus.


•Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.


•Proficient in using computer systems for inventory, staff scheduling, and reporting.


•6 days of work

Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.
