Requirements
- University degree preferably in finance, business administration, or related fields
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in global custody, securities services, with demonstrated expertise across custody sale or product development
- Proven track record in designing custody sale plan including workflow definition, product solution, and operating model development
- Strong understanding of sale cycles, building client pipeline and wallet size estimation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to work across functions, including operations, IT and compliance, and engage clients, vendors, and custodians/ICSD
- Strategic thinker with a practical mindset: comfortable balancing long-term vision with executional detail
- Familiarity of China on-shore market practice on custody is a plus
- Candidates with supplementary experience and qualifications will also be considered, even if they do not meet all of the specified requirements above

ASTRI’s core R&D competence in various areas is grouped under five Technology Divisions: Communications Technologies, Artificial Intelligence and Trust Technologies, Advanced Electronic Components and Systems, IoT Sensing and AI Technologies, and Intelligent Perception and Control Technologies.
It is applied across six core areas which are Smart City, Financial Technologies, New Industrialisation and Intelligent Manufacturing, Digital Health, Application Specific Integrated Circuits, and Metaverse.
Over the years, ASTRI has nurtured a pool of research, I&T talents and received numerous international awards for its pioneering innovations as well as outstanding business and community contributions. To date, ASTRI has transferred almost 1,500 technologies to the industries and been granted more than 1,100 patents in the Mainland, the US, and other countries.
Job Responsibilities
To support our constant endeavour to position Hong Kong as a world-class smart city and an international hub of innovation and technology, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill the following position(s):
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to prepare sales strategies and ensure compelling proposals that meet client needs and pursue new revenue streams for ASTRI
- Design and implement effective strategic account management and sales strategies that include client engagement, networking, and marketing initiatives
- Leverage existing client relationships to introduce ASTRI's new offerings while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop channel partnership strategies by creating and implementing strategies tailored to partner types and market segments to commercialize ASTRI’s technology
- Identify, recruit and onboard new partners to expand the ASTRI’s partnership network
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions based on ASTRI's research technologies and market trends/needs
- Establish competitive pricing strategies for solutions proposed by ASTRI, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead team to achieve targets established by the Management
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of tech-related R&D projects to effectively communicate value propositions to potential partners/clients
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years solid experience in sales, marketing or business development or channel management in the technology sector. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Director
- Proven experience in leading a business development team to deliver results in the technology sector
- Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on new markets, developing business models, working with partners and applying value selling techniques, complemented by excellent pitching skills and multi-level (including C level) stakeholder management
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Fintech, Artificial Intelligence, Security, and Data Science is advantageous; knowledge of ASTRI’s current products and services is desirable
- Keen interest in new technologies, combined with sharp business acumen and a strategic mindset

What You’ll Do
- Establish strategic partnership and frameworks with key advertisers
- Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with senior leaders at advertising agencies.
- Work collaboratively with teams spanning commercial, legal, account management, trading, data and inventory partnerships and TAM to cultivate and grow accounts.
- Communicate the value of The Trade Desk media buying platform by presenting our core value proposition, and tailor the content to suit the needs of each audience.
- Establish strategic frameworks to help encourage testing of innovative product releases based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering.
- Take the lead in responding to RFP’s or new client opportunities, including qualification & win strategy.
- Prospect and negotiate net new MSAs (partnership contracts) and JBP’s (Joint Business Plans) with key advertisers
- Coordinate with global counterparts to discover learnings and avoid pitfalls encountered on similar pieces of business.
- Work closely with product, marketing and revenue teams to constantly optimize efforts relating to company-wide goals.
- Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs and translating the value TTD offers.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Accurately manage and communicate monthly forecasts and pipeline.
- Contribute to The Trade Desk culture by bringing your full self.
- 8 -10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, managing senior relationships, ideally within a programmatic environment.
- Experience with advertising ecosystem; advertisers, online publishers, Ad Network, Ad Exchange, and Agency Dynamics
- Experience with creating annual business plans and conducting business reviews.
- An excellent collaborator who can work with individuals in varying teams with differing priorities and coordinate everyone to a singular beneficial goal.
- Programmatic platform sales experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients.
- Ability to deconstruct complex topics and translate them to audiences in a way that’s digestible.

The Trade Desks’ Business Development team specialises on finding, building, and growing strategic partnerships with the most innovative advertisers and agencies.
Our role is to identify, form and strengthen relationships through building trust with client partners across a range of different roles and seniority, from CEO’s and Heads of Digital to investment and activation executives. What You’ll Do
- Establish strategic partnership and frameworks with key advertisers
- Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with senior leaders at advertising agencies.
- Work collaboratively with teams spanning commercial, legal, account management, trading, data and inventory partnerships and TAM to cultivate and grow accounts.
- Communicate the value of The Trade Desk media buying platform by presenting our core value proposition, and tailor the content to suit the needs of each audience.
- Establish strategic frameworks to help encourage testing of innovative product releases based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering.
- Take the lead in responding to RFP’s or new client opportunities, including qualification & win strategy.
- Prospect and negotiate net new MSAs (partnership contracts) and JBP’s (Joint Business Plans) with key advertisers
- Coordinate with global counterparts to discover learnings and avoid pitfalls encountered on similar pieces of business.
- Work closely with product, marketing and revenue teams to constantly optimize efforts relating to company-wide goals.
- Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs and translating the value TTD offers.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Accurately manage and communicate monthly forecasts and pipeline.
- Contribute to The Trade Desk culture by bringing your full self.
- 8 -10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, managing senior relationships, ideally within a programmatic environment.
- Experience with advertising ecosystem; advertisers, online publishers, Ad Network, Ad Exchange, and Agency Dynamics
- Experience with creating annual business plans and conducting business reviews.
- An excellent collaborator who can work with individuals in varying teams with differing priorities and coordinate everyone to a singular beneficial goal.
- Programmatic platform sales experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients.
- Ability to deconstruct complex topics and translate them to audiences in a way that’s digestible.
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability.
- A passion and curiosity to the programmatic space and a desire to constantly build on industry knowledge.
- A consistent strive for excellence.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary product leader to head the development and management of life insurance products that integrate across diverse markets. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership
- Define and execute a regional product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision of holistic wealth and health solutions.
- Lead the development of differentiated products, including investment-linked policies, protection riders, HNW solutions, and wellness-based incentives tailored to consumer needs.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with actuarial and underwriting teams to ensure sound pricing and risk management.
- Establish & lead a centralised Group HNW Product management unit for the development of product solutions and proposition for HNW segments, with localisation for the different markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across key markets
- Identify emerging trends in health tech, digital wealth platforms, and customer behavior to enhance our product value proposition and providing value-added services.
- Partner with group and local teams in distribution, marketing, digital, operations, Health to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Engage with regulators, reinsurers, and strategic partners to support product approval and market entry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Public Health, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in life insurance product management, with a strong track record in wealth and/or health product lines.
- Proven leadership experience in regional or multi-market roles.
- Understanding of regulatory environments and consumer preferences across different markets.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HNW, wealth, protection (including riders), investment-linked solutions, or health platforms.
- Familiarity with insurtech innovations and digital ecosystems.
- Multilingual capabilities and cultural fluency across the region.
- Passion for improving customer well-being through integrated insurance solutions.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ **Deep knowledge and experience of the Hong Kong distribution market together with understanding of strategy and business development processes, practices and applications, together with sound knowledge of the operational and regulatory frameworks for intermediary investment markets.**

+ **Sales driven and passionate to work**
+ **Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills**
