- Assist in managing the distribution center operations to achieve the organizational goals of “on time - in full and good condition” delivery of customer orders
- Support supervisor to develop and enhance distribution center strategies, policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs
- Assist management to plan and manage the allocation of manpower resources based on business needs to ensure efficient distribution center operations
- Monitor the availability and reliability of infrastructure and equipment to minimize downtime, and resolve problems/breakdowns immediately
- Monitor and identify operational cost drivers, establish business controls and provide solutions to reduce costs and increase revenue
- Monitor distribution center operations to ensure warehouse is compliance with good distribution practice (GDP), good manufacturing practice (GMP), quality standards and local regulations
- Manage quality control measures/procedures to ensure accuracy of stocks/inventory and prevent damages in goods whether in storage or transit
- Manage root cause analysis and establish corrective actions on stocks holding, product quality and trade fulfillment
- Build effective business relationships with suppliers, customers, government agencies and service providers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Business Development, etc.) to develop existing and new business to maximize utilization of warehouse

- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
Working Location: Hutchison Logistic Center, Kwai Chung (Company shuttle bus is provided/ Public Transport: 87M minibus)

Job Summary
Supervise the day-to-day distribution center operations to ensure overall efficient and effective operations
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources

- Initiate work orders and coordinate with contractors for repairs for any deviation on facilities and equipment
- Identify improvements in warehouse operational processes and activities to enhance productivity and minimize costs
- Supervise day-to-day operation processes to ensure compliance to distribution center standards/standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines
- Supervise stock-related activities including space allocation, stock counting and stock transfer to ensure effective, accurate and timely stock management
- Supervise the product inspection of all orders to ensure all goods are in good condition and quality before storage
- Build effective business relationships with suppliers, customers, government agencies and service providers
- Liaise with all relevant functional managers to ensure seamlessly integrated business solutions i.e. customer services, finance, sales, etc.
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in a similar role
- Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field
- Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation
- Proven hands-on experience in warehousing, inventory management, pick and pack functions
- Demonstrate strong appreciation of customer service requirements and commitment
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

- Solid experience in ERP system, SAP is preferrable;
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to peers and management;
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to pick up ad hoc tasks; with a can-do attitude;
- Attention to detail; with the ability to identify gaps and discrepancies;
- Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner;
- Business level English communication skills required;
- Ideally holds a relevant university degree

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Supply Chain Director to lead our overseas on-demand supply chain operations, specifically catering to the fast fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing supply chain setups and a deep understanding of global markets, with a particular focus on the European market. This role is crucial for ensuring that we meet the demands of both internal and external clients efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain, focusing on developing new vendors and nearshore production, and enhancing overall efficiency to cope with the company's fast growth in the global market.
- Overseas Operations Management: Build and manage an on-demand supply chain network in key international markets, particularly in Europe, to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of orders.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure reliability and quality in the supply chain.
- Capacity Management: Oversee the planning and management of production to ensure they align with demand forecasts and business objectives. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize capacity utilization.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process, implementing changes to enhance performance and reduce waste.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external clients to provide updates on supply chain performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in supply chain management, experience in the European fast fashion industry is preferred.
- Global Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, with a deep understanding of the European market.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a track record of developing and mentoring junior staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of international business practices.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in another European language (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), or Six Sigma are a plus.

Job Description
Shipment:
-Provide updates to internal stakeholders on shipment status;
-Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure proper inbound process with agreed lead time;
-Work closely with multiples forwarders for arranging inbound freight to warehouse;
-Full responsibility on shipping document management and traceability on shipment records;
-Import license preparation and declaration application in due course to meet customs requirement
Stock management:
-Analyzes inventory level to execute order creation in ERP for stock replenishment
-Making decision on releasing backorders based on inventory level
-Closely monitor outstanding orders and ensure delivery as per requested schedule with 3PL team
-Resolves inventory variances with adequate training & ERP system expertise; Preparing ERP Reporting for analyze and ensure accuracy in ERP transactions transmission to 3PL ERP
-Goods return and scrap management
Reporting:
-Proactively update stakeholders on reporting on daily and monthly basis
-Vendor management:
-Creating annual purchase orders for logistics related cost and allocating corresponding expense to the appropriate accounts;
-Follow up contract/ agreement with vendor on regular basis;
-Process all logistics related invoice for Hong Kong vendors;
**Requirements**
-Proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, particularly in logistics and transportation.
-A minimum of 5 years in all rounded experience in shipping , inventory management experience is advantage;
-Solid experience in ERP system, SAP is preferrable;
-Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to peers and management;
-Demonstrated ability and willingness to pick up ad hoc tasks; with a can-do attitude;
-Attention to detail; with the ability to identify gaps and discrepancies;
-Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner;
-Business level English communication skills required;
-Ideally holds a relevant university degree
