Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to target and attract High Net Worth individuals and businesses in the Greater Bay Area market.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop innovative marketing initiatives and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including brokers, financial advisors, and other distribution channels, to maximize business opportunities.
  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and advertising, to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Utilize data analytics and market insights to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, training, and materials to enhance their effectiveness in targeting the HNW and GBA markets.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging customer trends, preferences, and opportunities for new product development.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, claims, and operations teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on the High Net Worth segment and 10+ years related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong insurance market, including the Greater Bay Area, and an understanding of the needs and preferences of High Net Worth individuals and businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong event management skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages, with fluency in Mandarin.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the implementation of room methods to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customers’ needs.
  • Ensure all the revenue management processes are in place in his/her perimeter.
  • Achieve the operational turnover budget.
  • Assist in the creation of strategy with proper analysis and work effectively with the implemented revenue management system.
  • Analyze and identify the use of various distribution channels to achieve improved results.
  • Analyze and suggest short, medium and long term actions to maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hotel Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years experience in hotel revenue management.
  • Good sense in both local and global market trends.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills

  • Proficient in relational databases with a strong grasp of core database concepts, including normalization, indexing, query optimization, and data integrity.
  • Proven experience in managing technical work within a small team environment.
  • Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and proposing effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT industry, insurance-related preferrable.
  • Proficient in Java and the Spring framework, with strong experience in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Proficient in relational databases with a strong grasp of core database concepts, including normalization, indexing, query optimization, and data integrity.
  • Proven experience in managing technical work within a small team environment.
  • Familiarity with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and proposing effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
  • Experience working within a DevSecOps model, integrating security into development and operations workflows.
  • Consistently demonstrates ownership of assigned tasks, proactively follows through, and strives to deliver effective solutions.
  • Excellent command of technical skills, with the ability to grasp complex systems and concepts quickly.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese – both written and spoken

Key Accountabilities

  • Evaluate and provide recommendations on the LBU’s agency as well as Banca proposals from the perspective of risk to ensure there are appropriate safeguards are in place to minimise uncertainties around financial outcomes.
  • Ability to connect business performance KPIs, financial outcomes and channel MAPA to evaluate the full picture along with Conduct risk and Product strategy.
  • Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders within group and LBU to drive the right outcomes as well as appropriate level of visibility to the Group Risk management.
  • Fit for purpose delivery on time with high stakeholder engagement.
  • Effective development of collaborative and productive working relationships
  • Support LBUs to build capabilities for distribution governance around risk services and other ad hoc endeavours.
  • Provide direct support on regional or LBU sponsored projects or engage other group functions to provide necessary subject matter expertise.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify areas of improvement within each of the LBU market channels through risk review and at times support local CROs to present their market specific papers at Group Risk forums.
  • Collaborate with Group Audit and Group Compliance on joint initiatives on need basis to generate insights and agree corrective actions thereon.
  • Able to deliver governance improvement, drive operational and financial efficiency across the value chain.
  • Fit for purpose delivery on time with high LBU engagement.


Candidate Specifications

  • 10 – 12yr years of experience in life insurance and/or consulting, with some direct exposure to Products management as well as distribution strategy/compensation/risk area.
  • Deeper understanding of technical aspects of channel performance and financial dependencies is a must.
  • Qualified actuary with first line business experience is desirable.
  • Experience of delivering/supporting LBU level Projects, initiatives and strategic deep dives.
  • Excellent people skills, with ability to manage complex stakeholders and maintain Personal integrity.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Data analysis and project management experience required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the Bank’s objectives through business plan formulation and implementation.

  • Monitor and control various product performances within the Relationship Management stream.
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to drive team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by working closely with the team, product team, and risk stewards.
  • Develop staff to ensure successful implementation of the Bank's wealth management strategy.
  • Foster a strong team culture and spirit.
  • The team will operate in a Face-to-Face model and may work in multiple locations in the future.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving ability over the phone.
  • Proven frontline experience in financial services with supervisory management experience.
  • Good knowledge of wealth management products, including insurance and investments.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of compliance, credit, risk, and internal control environments.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is preferred.
  • Experience in stock trading execution within a bank or securities firm.
  • Holds Type 1 and 4 investment licenses from the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.
  • Holds a General Insurance license.
