Responsibilities:
Provide quality sales & client service to intermediaries and direct customers and maintain steady and speedy performance to acquire profitable business in order to achieve the company performance result
Enhance the cross departmental working relationship and co-operation for business development
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, code of conducts, ordinance, policies, procedures and guidelines for assurance of no operational risk incident
Handle enquiries and quotations from all channels such as brokers, agents, direct clients
Assist the Department Head to develop distribution channels, ensure sales persistency as well as develop strategic business partnership with various channels to explore sales opportunities
Communicate with agents, brokers, direct customers to develop more acceptable business to achieve the expected performance result
Assist the Department Head to implement the new product or enhanced product by providing sales support materials so as the details can be communicated to the business partners
Monitor renewal portfolio and secure major renewal cases
Assist the Department Head to provide trainings for team member or producers
Requirements:
Professional qualification such as IIQE/ANZIIF/ACII and related discipline
Minimum 5+ years of experience in general insurance sales, servicing, underwriting, and business development functions with at least 2 years in managerial capacity
Local general insurance market expertise with broad general insurance industry knowledge
Excellent experience / understanding of class specific underwriting, product knowledge and policy documentation issuance and process
Good technical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and proficient in Mandarin
Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point
Effective interpersonal & communication skills
Able to work independently and work under pressure

Requirements
