Post-doctoral Fellow / Research Associate (C2i107-P1)
Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow / Research Associate in the Program 1 of Centre of Immunology & Infection to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge projects involving multi-omics big data analysis, with a focus on immunology, genomics, and translational biomedical research.
Requirements
- A Ph.D. or M.Phil. (by research) in Biomedical Sciences, Immunology, Genomic Studies, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- Experience in applying biostatistical models to multi-omics datasets (e.g., genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in R, Python, AI platform integration or other statistical programming languages is an advantage.
- Experience with high-throughput data analysis (e.g., NGS, Genotyping).
- Familiarity with data integration techniques across omics layers.
- Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation.
