We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced native-speaking English drama teacher to join our team. As a leading educational institution, we are committed to providing our students with high-quality language education that will prepare them for success in an increasingly globalized world.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English Drama classes to students of various ages and levels
- Create and administer assessments to track student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum
Requirements:
- Native English Speaker
- MUST hold a drama degree (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent qualifications)
- Drama teaching experience in local schools will be an advantage
- Outgoing, creative, flexible, energetic, patient & responsible
- Enjoy teaching and working with primary and secondary school students
- HKID resident is preferable (candidates without HKID may also apply – work visa application can be provided for suitable applicants)
- Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) completion is preferable (application can be done for suitable candidates)

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
Job Duties:
- Plan and ensure smooth running of Performing Arts events
- Coordinate across internal departments for Performing Arts events
- Liaise with event materials vendors including vendor and quotation sourcing, materials logistics and setup
- Plan for signage and guest flow support for Performing Arts events
- Schedule and communicate with event helpers
- Monitor event budget and keep track of event expenses
- Manage administrative duties including consolidation of event overview, event scheduling, meeting documents and presentation materials
- Perform additional assignments as requested by supervisor
Qualification:
- Tertiary education or above
- Preferably have around 1 year of relevant experience in event management, performing arts, art and cultural functions
- Good knowledge of event and front-of-house operation
- Customer service mentality
- Good organizational skills
- Good oral and written communication in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
- Able to work in outdoor environment
- Be required to work on shift according to the duty roster assigned including weekends and public holidays
