Key Focuses and Responsibilities :
- Lead Learning & Development across UC Group, identifying training needs and creating annual plans
- Oversee design and delivery of internal/external training aligned with business goals
- Manage training budgets and advise leaders on vendor selection
- Ensure training compliance and target achievement in collaboration with Head of HR
- Develop and maintain training policies and procedures to meet standards and regulations
- Drive talent pipeline and succession planning strategies

Key Requirements and Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline

The Opportunity: Digital Learning Strategy
