Key Areas of Responsibilities工作職責:
- Prepare picking list and packing list by trucks and generate label 準備提貨單和裝箱單標籤
- Perform daily warehouse operation (goods receive, storage, pick & pack)
- 執行日常倉庫營運(收貨、儲存、分類和包裝)
- Handles problematic goods returned from clients/patients處理客戶/病人退回的有問題的貨物
- Assists the sales team to assess problematic goods協助銷售團隊評估有問題的貨物
- Discards expired/damaged/problematic goods丟棄過期/損壞/有問題的物
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned處理上司其他工作安排
Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required 學歷及經驗要求:
- Form 3 中三畢業
- At least 5 year' solid experience in warehouse operation 5年或以上倉務相關經驗
- Mature, patient, self-motivated and detail minded 成熟、耐性及細心、上進心
- Valid Counterbalanced type fork-lift truck driving license (抗衡型叉式起重車證明書) is a MUST
- 具備有效抗衡型叉式起重車證明書
- Computer knowledge with hands on experience in MS Office & SAP is an advantage
- 具備電腦知識以及SAP 操作經驗者優先
- Immediate available is preferable即時上班者優先

Reporting to the Concierge Lead of the Company, your new role will mainly cover the following but not limited to:
What you need to do:
- Oversee concierge counters within LANDMARK, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to tenants, customers, and the public
- Assist in the planning and execution of the company's marketing events and promotional activities, enhancing guest engagement
- Support the Concierge Lead with various ad hoc tasks and projects, contributing to a seamless operational flow
What you'll need to succeed:
- DSE / Form 7 or above qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry
- Pleasant and out-going personality, strong customer service and inter-personal skills
- Willingness to wear uniform and work on shift and overtime
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua), with knowledge of Japanese and French an advantage
- Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel etc.

Job Description
Fulfil daily operational tasks and documentation in line with Key Performance Index.
Provide customer service to handle enquires and complaints, maintenance and ad hoc service
Improve customer's expectation and satisfaction level by providing effective and efficient solutions to customer
No selling is required
Shift : 13:00 pm to 23:00 pm (5 days work)
Requirements
DSE / HKCEE or above
A good team player and professional telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin will also be an advantage
Good PC knowledge and Chinese word processing preferable
Knowledgeable and experience in customer service/ call centre/ e-Commerce will be an advantage
