Key Job Responsibilities

You may participate in operational tasks for various marketing channels, including:

EDM Marketing: Assist in updating and creating engaging marketing content for email campaigns.

Affiliate Marketing: Maintain and update promotion-related information on affiliate network platforms.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Marketing: Support the execution of loyalty programs and contribute to reports and data analysis.

Promotional Campaigns: Assist in setting up regular promotional rules and updating marketing materials for the website.

Ad Hoc Marketing Requirements: Provide support for any additional marketing tasks as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

Basic knowledge in Microsoft office

Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks

Strong interest in eCommerce, beauty & fast-fashion industry

Knowledge in Photoshop is a plus

Experience in any eCommerce backend system is an advantage

Available for work around 16 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Closely liaise with marketing and merchandising teams to drive for business growth for newly developed market
• Provide e-commerce strategies and plan to meet the company growth target and maximize ROI of in new markets
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business improvement
• Initiate and follow up the action items according to company yearly plan
• Create and manage SEO/ SEM campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions
• Utilize different ads types in Google Ads to maximize sales performance efficiently
• Adapt and test new functions on Google to grow the customer base
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, pricing and SEM campaign effectiveness
• Work closely with different function units to ensure smooth consumer experiences on website
• Handle ad hoc tasks and perform other duties as assigned by Senior Manager

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
• 3-5 years or above solid experience in managing e-Commerce Business
• Candidate possesses strong leadership skill is an advantage
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEM and SEO
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems
• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with different departments and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Senior Executive role
