Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of E-Commerce strategies and oversee e-Commerce operations in Hong Kong and oversea market
- Lead team to formulate and implement social media marketing advertising and content strategies to enhance brand awareness
- Prepare annual budget on turnover and GP, exercise budgetary and costing control, review sales forecast and monitor P&L
- Manage the existing sales channel and explore new channels of E-commerce platform
- Manage usability, design, content of the site & shopping cart platform to drive business growth and enrich user experience
- Develop promotion programs to achieve E-commerce business target
- Lead, guide and give directions to the subordinates to produce a comprehensive sales plan in the year
- Work closely with different departments such as marketing team, branding and warehouse
- Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management
- Occasional travel is required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing or related discipline
- 8 years' experience in E-commerce, online or web/mobile apps project development in which 2 years in FMCG/ food industries
- Familiar with various social media channels
- Strong communication skills, excellent organization skills, self-motivated, pay attention to details, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word , Excel , Power Point & Chinese word processing
