Job Description
About Web3 Space
Web3 Space builds decentralized infrastructure for on-chain credentials, contributor coordination, and smart contract-based collaboration. Our tools are used by blockchain-native professionals across protocols and networks to support tokenized contribution, DAO-integrated incentives, and verifiable reputation systems.
We work directly with DeFi protocols, governance participants, and DAO treasuries to enable scalable liquidity programs, decentralized incentive models, and multichain ecosystem alignment.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of DeFi Growth & Liquidity Strategy to lead protocol-scale liquidity initiatives, shape token-based incentive structures, and coordinate strategic growth across multichain ecosystems.
This role is focused on practical implementation—designing programs that work on-chain, aligned with treasury governance and protocol objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead liquidity initiatives across AMMs, staking ecosystems, and decentralized lending platforms
- Develop token incentive structures aligned with governance and long-term capital flows
- Design, deploy, and iterate on DAO-supported liquidity frameworks
- Monitor liquidity and capital movement using Dune, DeFiLlama, and Nansen
- Coordinate with protocol treasuries, governance stewards, and DeFi-native contributors
- Align technical, financial, and governance layers of liquidity growth strategy
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years working in DeFi liquidity, incentive design, or protocol-side strategy
- Deep understanding of AMM mechanisms, veToken models, and DAO governance flows
- Strong ability to work with on-chain analytics platforms to guide incentive design
- Background rooted in Web3-native projects—this is not a Web2 fintech or marketing transition
- Proven ability to align technical capital systems with protocol sustainability goals
Why Join Web3 Space
- Own strategy and execution of liquidity growth across multichain DeFi ecosystems
- Collaborate with top DAOs, contributors, and protocol operators
- Fully remote, async-native team with high autonomy and impact
- Focused on building real systems—not growth hacks, not hype cycles
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000–$190,000 USD
- Additional incentives: token-based structures aligned with contribution and impact
- Flexible engagement: full-time, part-time, or strategic advisory options
- Long-term compensation models available for aligned contributors
- Dedicated budget for ecosystem events, DAO summits, or protocol collaboration
