The appointee will be responsible for providing programme promotion and general administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of programme activities.
Key responsibilities:
Assist the Director and Assistant Director or their delegates in the following:
- Manage programme promotion and support students in showcasing the deliverables and presentations
- Handle general administrative tasks such as programme promotion, purchasing, reimbursement tracking, record-keeping and reporting updates
- Support project coordination among different educational parties, liaise between stakeholders and assist with external communications
- Maintain internal communication and filing systems for information management
- Assist in preparing report relating to the monitoring of project implementation for funding bodies

Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma with one year experience or a recognized Bachelor's degree (or above), preferably in Communication, Journalism, or related fields
- Prior experience in communication and promotion management would be an advantage
- Good command of both English and Chinese, including spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
