- Provide secretarial support to the Divisional School Principal, including but not limited to managing travel arrangements, filing, documentation, printing of documents, and claims
Divisional Administration
- Perform all office administrative support for the Principal and Divisional Leadership Team
- Printing of hall passes, signage, posters, and other classroom materials as instructed
- Lead the student registration to any school-sponsored external competitions (e.g., HK Schools Speech and Music Festival membership and application) and support application to other competitions as approved by the relevant Principals or Leads
Event Coordination and Logistics
- Contribute to the school ' s event calendar by managing and maintaining the divisional academic events schedule
- Assist the Divisional leaders with the planning and logistics of academic events (e.g., assemblies, field trips, parties, sports days, swimming galas, competitions, productions, showcase, learning journeys, and graduations)

Job Description
Special educational needs (SEN)/English as an additional language (EAL) teacher provide individual support to pupils with learning difficulties and/or pupils whose first language is not English which prevent them from benefiting from the standard system of education. SEN education helps pupils with specific learning difficulties such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia or Dysgraphia. SEN/EAL teachers are responsible for teaching pupils within the class or in a separate class; planning and carrying out lessons and various activities to help engage the students. SEN/EAL teachers must work with an emphasis on meeting the particular needs of their pupils and use a variety of alternative teaching methods to aid the learning process. The teacher must be flexible and highly resourceful. They must learn to alter their teaching style depending on a range of factors, including the age of the pupils, the pupils' educational placement and individual learning needs.
Qualification
To qualify as a SEN/EAL Teacher in IMS, you'll need to achieve a Bachelor Degree in any subjects with PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate of Education), or equivalent SEN qualification or EAL/TESOL Certificate and 2+ years teaching experience within a recognized educational organization experience.
Responsibilities
As an SEN/EAL teacher, you'll need to
- Deliver effective sessions for either individuals or small groups of pupils within, or outside the class
- Develop Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) for pupils
- Prepare lessons and specific teaching materials
- Develop and adapt conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils
- Collaborate with the classroom teachers and the Learning Support teachers to define appropriate activities for the pupils in relation to the curriculum
- Liaise with parents, external agencies and a range of other professionals, such as speech and language therapists and educational psychologists
- Provide a clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents/caregivers
- Carry out administrative tasks, including updating and maintaining records of pupils' progress
