Duties:
- To support the implementation of enhancements to Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency Funding Administration and Information System (CFAIS) and collaborate with the system contractor to address technical issues;
- To assist in processing the applications for various schemes under Film Development Fund (FDF), including collecting, reviewing, and assessing application information and documentation, communication with relevant parties to provide explanations and seek clarifications as needed, reporting the initial observation and findings regarding the applications and film projects to senior officers;
- To monitor the film production projects for various schemes under Film Development Fund, including confirming the satisfaction of the conditions precedent for the receipt of government funding, execution of agreements, arranging the disbursement of funds, and monitoring the production progress etc.;
- To handle data processing, filing and stocktaking of applications for funding schemes and assist in compiling the relevant statistics;
- To arrange events, briefing and publicity activities related to the new schemes and liaise with the participants;
- To assist in answering general enquires in relation to the new schemes; and
- To perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Requirements:
- A Hong Kong permanent resident;
- Attained Level 2 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in the field of film producing or film financing; with at least 1 year performing as a line producer / associate producer / production coordinator / assistant production manager in the production of full-length local feature films commercially released in Hong Kong.
- Able to work independently, flexibly and under tight time frame; good problem-solving and organisation skills, and able to communicate effectively with people of the private and public sectors;
- A bachelor's degree is preferred; and
- Immediate availability is highly preferable.
Work Hours:
8.8 hours per working day from 9:30 a.m. to 6:18 p.m. (Monday to Friday).

Requirement:

At least 2 years' full-time post-qualification working experience in in related fields with experience in digital media platforms management, videography and editing (portfolio required)
Proficiency with DSLR and video production equipment (including shooting with mobile devices and gimbal operations, etc)
Proficiency with design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci/Premiere Pro/Aftereffects, InDesign/Illustrator, etc
Proficiency in MS Office application (especially in Excel & PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing;

Responsibilities:
Stationing at the LCSD's Office during the Service Period (may need to work outside and/or during irregular hours and General Holidays when necessary, depending on operational needs)
Providing directions and support on content creation, collation, images and video shooting, editing and production
Collaborate with Marketing Team and other team members, such as designer, and curators to plan and execute photo and/or video shooting and productions that align with the agreed objectives, as well as create cohesive, integrated audiovisual content;
Responsible for photo shooting, editing and retouching for promotion and social media marketing usage;
Plan, shoot, edit and post produce video content using industry standard software, ensuring high quality, engaging, and visually compelling final products for promotional videos and social media marketing purpose
Manage the video production process from start to finish, including storyboarding, lighting, audio mixing, voice over recording, color grading, motion graphic, and video editing and output
Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography and incorporate innovative approaches into work;
Maintain and organise visuals and video assets and footage in a systematic manner;
Ensuring an effective and timely communication with LCSD museums and marketing team, such as collection of any information about the exhibitions or related programmes organised by LCSD museums/offices, etc;
Arranging and attending meetings when needed (giving advice on photography and videography aspects etc.)
