Who we are

Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive OSH programs across the AP region. This role ensures full compliance with both BU and global safety standards, fosters a strong safety transformation culture, and aligns safety practices with corporate policies to protect employees and subcontractors.

• Support the development and execution of BU OSH strategies aligned with global standards and regional regulations.
• Establish clear safety objectives and KPIs to monitor progress and improve performance.
• Ensure OSH professionals are able to effectively implement safety procedures and programs at multiple regional locations.
• Ensure operational compliance with all applicable local, national, and global OSH requirements and standards.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Lead audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with safety regulations and internal standards.
• Oversee the deployment and enforcement of the OSH management system across AP OUs.
• Develop and oversee regional safety training programs, including onboarding, the Safety Transformation Program (STP) and specialized modules.
• Promote a proactive safety culture by encouraging incident reporting, near-miss analysis and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor contractor management systems and programs to ensure safety compliance.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents and near-misses, including potential Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) incidents, following TKE established methodologies.
• Develop, monitor and govern the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Report serious incidents to senior management and relevant regulatory authorities as required.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize incident data for local and global leadership.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to regional OSH teams, OU/country leaders, and managers, fostering stronger employee engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to advance safety culture, accountability, and best practices across all organizational levels.
• Benchmark regional safety performance against industry best practices and global standards.

-Implement continuous improvement processes driven by data, feedback, and lessons learned. -Drive and promote company level safety initiatives and campaigns throughout the BU.

• Maintain and periodically review safety documentation, records, and compliance reports, including subcontractors.
• Prepare comprehensive safety reports for management review.
• Ensure accurate and timely tracking of safety training, audits, inspections, and incident reports in consistency with Global OSH reports and B.I.
• Develop and present clear, concise, and insightful reports on contractor management performance, compliance status, and improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of systems and tools used for data management.
• Develop region-specific emergency response plans, including Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and conduct regular drills.
• Coordinate emergency response activities with local authorities and internal teams to ensure readiness.

Background:

• Proven experience in OSH, ideally within construction, engineering, manufacturing or elevator sector.
• Extensive knowledge of regional and international OSH regulations, standards (including ISO
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze safety data, identify trends and recommend practical safety solutions.
• Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages (e.g. Chinese, Korean, Hindi) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• To assist in the preparation and review of Environmental, Health Safety (EHS) management system documentation including job hazard analysis and risk assessment reports, EHS management plans, EHS instructions, etc.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Associate, Health & Benefits, Regional Sales
to join our Health & Benefits (H&B) team in APAC. This newly created position is designed to support the sustained growth of our regional business and help us accelerate success in large, complex, multi-market opportunities, particularly in North Asia.

The Consultant will play a key role in originating and converting strategic opportunities across APAC, working closely with local H& B teams, regional leadership, and cross-functional teams. Performance Objectives

• CRM Analytical & reporting support to help develop target lists for specific campaigns
