A prestigious private club in Hong Kong is seeking an energetic, self-motivated candidate for the following position:
Responsibilities- Answer telephone calls and ensure all beauty and wellness treatment reservations are made accurately.
- Explain and upsell all beauty and wellness treatments, services, and products during each visit.
- Ensure all treatment bookings are accurately inputted into the system.
- Greet guests warmly, provide friendly service, and prepare welcome drinks for members.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Higher Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, beauty, hospitality, luxury hotels, or clubhouses is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and guest-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Flexible to work shifts.
- Guaranteed double pay.
- Performance-based discretionary bonus.
- Six rest days per month.
- Free duty meals.

Shape Elfie’s global health mobile appprogram strategy — Design and deliver impactful, science-backed wellness and disease management journeys that resonate across diverse regions.
- Research health trends and user needs to inform program design and evolution
- Translate clinical and behavioral science into intuitive, engaging user experiences
- Collaborate with behavior scientists, health experts, and content teams to create habit-forming journeys
- Own the development of program features and experiences from concept to launch and iteration
- Define clear logic and ensure all programs align with clinical standards and mobile tech capabilities
- Analyze user data and feedback to optimize adherence, satisfaction, and outcomes
- Continuously improve the structure, logic, and content delivery across programs
- Ensure programs adapt to different user segments—from everyday wellness to condition-specific needs
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in mobile product management, delivering impactful user-facing features
- 3+ years managing a B2C product at scale, with a monthly active user base of 500,000+
- Proven ability to own product development end-to-end from research to launch and iteration
Domain and behavioral expertise
- Experience designing for health, wellness, or habit-forming digital products (preferred)
- Ability to translate scientific or clinical insights into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- Prior experience in early-stage startups, with comfort navigating fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
User-centered design and tools
- Proficient in Figma for wireframing, journey mapping, and collaboration on UI/UX
- Strong grasp of mobile UX best practices, particularly for behavior change and engagement
Data-driven product thinking
- Skilled in using user data and feedback to inform product decisions and measure impact
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and subject matter experts
Communication and collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective work with global stakeholders

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and administer all Wellness operations to include, but not limited to, guest service, product quality and innovation, merchandising and revenue generation
- Collect and analyze current Wellness trends, develop and implement new ideas and drive its innovation under the guidance of the Director of Wellness
- Monitor and develop team performance by providing supervision and professional development, training and coaching, ensure that all associates are highly skilled and professional in their approach
- Ensure the highest standards of service are adhered with a seamless guest service experience
- Prepare, recommend and manage the annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans and objectives
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury spas or wellness services with at least 3 years in a similar capacity
- Possess excellent guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated interpersonal skills
