Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management

- Define brand communication strategy for HK market, ensuring consistent application across all customer touchpoints, including but not limited to social media, emails, videos and onsite activations.
- Conduct regular brand audits to assess market perception and identify areas for improvement.
Social & Paid Ad Management
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy, increasing brand visibility and generating sales leads.
- Develop, design and execute content for a content calendar for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Supervise and optimize paid ad performance, with focus on meta and google.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze suitable performance metrics to optimize the social media strategy.
- Lead HK website maintenance & SEO
Partnership & Event Marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, key industry media, KOLs and influences.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize brand exposures, enhance brand reputation and acquire potential customers.
- Organize and lead the execution of onsite activations, including opening, seminar, co-brand activities, promotions, etc.
- Ensure that all aspects of event execution adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
- Track and report on success of all event marketing efforts, providing insights on future event marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in marketing communication, with a strong track record in brand strategy, social media management and marketing campaigns.
- Experience in consumer goods is advantageous.
- A strong understanding of how different social media channels work, key performance metrics and digital tools.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English language, with a flair for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Avid analytical thinker with a knack for uncovering insights from data and leveraging those insights to adjust campaigns.
- A passion for building and growing brands.

This role sits within our Employer Branding (EB) team which is part of our Talent Acquisition (TA) function. The EB team plays a pivotal role who leads and drives our candidate marketing and branding activities to support our TA hiring teams across all employee groups and locations.

- Work closely with IT and Property & Services departments to ensure all hardware and software are all working properly in the recruitment centre
- Provide first and immediate support to users and seek further technical support if needed
- Manage and train up grounded cabin crews who have been assigned to work in the Recruitment Centre to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge in operating the centre and the delivery of the candidate experience
- Provide administrative coordination to support the execution of employer branding campaigns and events
- Participate in employer branding projects as required.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Work experience in HR, talent acquisition or customer services is advantageous
- A positive attitude and a strong customer-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Good command of speaking English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and written English
- Basic knowledge of connectivity software and equipment (e.g. teleconferencing equipment, Skype) and the ability to troubleshoot, when required
- Knowledge of photo-editing software is advantageous
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office
