Responsibilities:
Technical Supervision

• Oversee personnel engaged for technical services in the assigned building site
• Provide coaching and training to technical teams
• Serve as point of contact between Contractor and Venue Operation Team for technical matters
  

• Supervise and report on technical services performed under the Contract, including third-party contractors
• Ensure service delivery complies with SLAs, statutory requirements, and KPI targets
• Deliver preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely completion of work orders
• Maintain buildings, facilities, systems and machinery in optimal condition
  

• Assist the Engineering Manager with professional advice and technical support
• Contribute to enhancement, improvement, and energy efficiency proposals
• Help develop cost-effective maintenance strategies
• Prepare facilities improvement proposals with budget estimations
  

• Supervise improvement, alterations & additions (A&A) works and renovation projects
• Assist with tender document preparation for outsourcing technical services
• Support vendor procurement processes according to approved guidelines
• Monitor performance of vendors and contractors
  

• Monitor technical services delivery and prepare technical reports
• Generate reports on Failure Analysis, Facilities Availability, Operation Performance, and Energy Efficiency
• Support budget estimation for technical services
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare inspection reports
  

• May work nights and during public holidays/weekends
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance when required
• Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Authority
  

• On-site position at assigned venue
• Requires flexibility for evening/weekend work
• Must be available for emergency response situations
  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or related discipline
• Preferably holds relevant professional qualifications (HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE, SOE, ASHRAE, BSOMES or equivalent)
• Registered Electrical Worker Certificate C0 or above
• Strong background in HVAC systems preferred
• Minimum 6 years of technical services experience with at least 2 years at assistant manager level in similar-scale venues
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, particularly for technical report writing

The incumbent will work closely with internal IT, business stakeholders, data analyst, business analyst and vendors on planning, management, execution & delivery of data management and the enablement for data-driven business model for Swire Properties. The incumbent will also work with internal stakeholders in ensuring the data is managed in accordance to Data protection policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain, design, and enhance a Data Platform on the Cloud, to enable both CRM and non-CRM applications, such as data analytics, customer de-duplication and anonymization, machine learning model and Generative AI adoption
• Lead a team of internal and external developers in maintaining and enhancing existing ETL pipelines and storage on an Azure Data Platform
• Supporting the Data Management and Analytics Lead in managing and prioritizing enhancements on cloud platform
• Collaborate with Digital & IT Team and external data management vendors to establish end-to-end data pipeline (real-time and/or batch) from data ingestion, transformation, to data modelling through requirement gathering, data mapping, testing, and troubleshooting, and other relevant processes
• Develop and enhance the data deduplication and anonymization pipelines upon data source updates, and changes
• Integrate and update a Data Model for BI Dashboard and general analytics development
• Collect and review requirements to update and maintain a robust data model for a wide range of analytics purposes
• Ensure the data and information are delivered on-time with high quality, good performance, reconciled and integrity assured
• Support the Data Management and Analytics Lead in providing data requirements on upstream systems and touchpoints upon the introduction of incremental

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in data infrastructure and architecture with demonstrated experience and capability in data warehousing, data modelling and design, data integration, data migration, ETL/ELT, BI and Big data solutions skill sets and strong SQL, Pyspark & Python
• Experience in data processing with small data & big data storage format like CSV, Parquet, Hive Metastore is a must
• Experience with implementing and maintaining cloud services such as Azure (Data Lake Storage Gen2, SQL DB, Data Factory, Databricks, Unity Catalog, DevOps) or related is highly desirable
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/ Development (CI/CD) in data platform development and design, implementation & maintenance regarding data platform security is highly desirable
• Experience with implementing semantic model for BI visualization tool, Machine Learning engineering or Agentic AI implementation is highly desirable

•Provide swift and professional deskside IT support

•Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for clients, recommend and implement corrective solutions

•Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot client workstations, mobile devices and related hardware or software in order to deliver required deskside service levels

•Utilize the ticket management system to record, update and resolve tickets from the Helpdesk

•Collaborate with other support groups across global locations to help troubleshoot client issues

•Utilize tools for building, monitoring and troubleshooting client devices

•Participate in Disaster recovery testing exercises

•Upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring desktop operations

•Write technical support and client documentation in form of Knowledgebase articles

•Meet or exceed expected customer service levels

•Other duties as assigned by the Level 2 Support Manager.

•Experience with VPN, Soft Phones, Remote Desktop, VDI

•Asset Tracking / Inventory Management

We are looking for a technically inclined, customer-obsessed engineer to join us as our Customer Support Engineer. You will work closely with our customers and help them get the most out of our products and ensure their success.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be working with a group of approachable and supportive teammates and engaging in collective problem-solving. Bring in your knowledge, insights, and expertise to build great relationships with our partners and customers and help them achieve more.

Skills & Experience:

Degree/diploma in computing/telecommunication, or related engineering field.
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Knowledge in the following areas will be extremely useful.
Telephony: T1/E1 PRI, ISDN BRI, CO Trunks, FXS Stations.
Networking Administration and troubleshooting.
SIP and CCNA skill set.
IP-PBX, IP Phones, gateways, POE switches, Video Conference equipment.
Previous experience in customer focused position is a plus.
