Duties & Responsibilities:

To verify as-constructed water main records;

To update actual alignments of as-constructed water mains and location faciliteis/fitting in as existing data base of water mains' network;

To build 3D models;and

Other ad hoc assignments as requested.

Requirements:

Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent;

We are looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Assistant / Officer to oversee engineering and maintenance operations at our oil terminal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the equipment spare parts inventory, assisting to develop comprehensive maintenance strategies etc. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of all terminal assets, including storage tanks, pipelines, pumping systems, fire protection systems, and associated instrumentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements;
• Manage the engineering spare parts inventory, ensuring critical spares are available while optimizing inventory costs;
• Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality parts and services at competitive prices;
• Promote a "Safety First" culture, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with the site's HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, & Environment) policies;
• Assist in the preparation and management of the annual engineering and maintenance budget;

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Surveying, Building Services, Facilities management, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
• Corporate Membership with HKIS, RICS, CIOB or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Registered Technical Competent Person III (minor works), including site supervision of building contractors, and testing & commissioning of E&M systems, buildings work and A&A work or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with government agencies, internal teams, and external partners
• Strong people management skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
