What You'll Do:
The Quality Assurance Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the Asia Quality Assurance Engineering team in partnership with the Sr. Director, and to ensure all Munchkin brands are in compliance with both Munchkin standards and international requirements on safety, regulatory and product integrity. You will work closely with other departments to oversee activities related to existing product/manufacturing issues and focus in bringing new products to market from either design through delivery (OEM) or existing design from Original Design Manufacturers (ODM) in a fast-paced environment.
You will also support execution and delivery of product and supplier base compliance based on Munchkin Supplier Manual, Munchkin supply base compliance specification, operation and verification process, supplier development and training, quality and compliance inspection, production process evaluation, corrective and preventive action management, and other assigned responsibilities in support of Munchkin's products from manufacturing through delivery to the US and global markets.
How you will contribute:
· Assist supplier to develop and implement Train-the-factory trainer (TFT) on Product Testing Management System.
· Responsible for problem-solving and quality tools (e.g., DOE, Cpk, FMEA, risk assessment) and manufacturing process review and documentation to drive workflow effectiveness.
· Lead QA team to establish product-specific Quality Inspection Checklists, test plan and inspection guide and implementation of supplier's in-house lab testing effectiveness assessment in Juvenile and hardlines and non-E&E medical device products.
· Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives based on progress tracking of supplier/factory compliance performance.
· Lead QA team to conduct root cause analysis, investigation, provide guidance and direction to factories to ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
· Support Sr. Director of Global Supplier QA and Regulatory Compliance in all directives related to product safety and regulatory compliance, product quality assurance, production process control, customer satisfaction, supplier compliance development and implementing any set goals and objectives.
· Ensure Munchkin's products are in full compliance with up-to-date legislation, policies, procedures, and other legal requirements for global markets.
· Provide support to Compliance Team in any product recalls, if necessary, facilitate flow of information to all relevant stakeholders, departments, and customers.
· Identify potential areas of legal compliance vulnerability and risk within the Company relating to the products sold globally and more specifically within Munchkin's supply chain protocol.
· Participate in Company training initiatives on regulatory matters, and provide guidance in review of all print, digital and marketing materials upon request.
· Coach, train and provide guidance to team members to achieve departmental goals and to ensure their performance and outputs are in compliance with the Company, government and customer policies, procedures and regulations.

You will have:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Quality Engineering and Management
· Minimum of 7 to 10 years in quality engineering experience, with three years of managerial experience within a manufacturing / consumer / children product related environment. Familiar with applicable global regulations, standards, and laws including ISO 9001:2015, FDA, UL, EN, EU Directives, CSA ASTM, CPSIA, GB/CCC, and other global regulatory for Children consumer products. Knowledge of electrical/electronic items is added value
