Job duties of this Role:
  • Assist in building and maintaining scalable and reliable data pipelines.
  • Support the development and optimization of our data warehouse, data lake, and other storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and software engineers to ensure efficient data flows.
  • Work with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data processing frameworks.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Assist in implementing data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Continuously improve and document data platform processes and workflows.

Data & AI Team

You will involve delivering end to end data transformation solutions for enterprise-level accounts, from the design phase through to implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong data engineering skills in building data products and platforms, as well as experience managing the clients and collaborating with regional teams.

Job duties of this Role:


  1. Utilize emerging technologies and big data design principles in developing data pipelines, interfaces, and architecture to support big data and analytics initiative
  2. Drive the development and optimization of advanced data warehousing, data lake architectures, and integrated storage solutions to enhance data accessibility and performance.
  3. Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and software developers, to ensure seamless and efficient data flows across the organization.
  4. Leverage expertise in cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data processing frameworks to architect innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  5. Oversee the monitoring and troubleshooting of data infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience of data systems.
  6. Spearhead the implementation of comprehensive data governance, security, and compliance frameworks to uphold industry standards and best practices.

We are seeking an expert to play a pivotal role in our medical engineering efforts. You will drive and shape the development of groundbreaking Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) products and leverage the power of artificial intelligence to revolutionize diagnostics, treatment, and patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of AI/ML algorithm
  • Focus on electrophysiology and brain-computer interface (BCI) data analysis and algorithms
  • Apply your expertise in machine learning (especially deep learning) to develop, train, validate, and optimize algorithms for a variety of medical applications.
  • Architect and develop SaMD products, with a focus on US FDA product registration (510(k), De Novo, PMA) and fulfilling international standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304)
  • Employ software engineering best practices and adhere to relevant software development cycle standards
  • Guide architectural decisions, technology choices, and development methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, clinical, regulatory) to ensure alignment


What Is Required

  • Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related field with a strong emphasis on software development and AI/ML.
  • Proven experiences in BCI related data analysis and algorithms
  • Proven experience in handling brain-related electrophysiological signals such as ECoG, neural spikes or EEG as a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in software development for medical applications, with 3+ years focused on SaMD and a proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML algorithms in a regulated environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in machine learning, particularly deep learning, with hands-on experience using frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, R, and Java.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services relevant to SaMD.
  • In-depth understanding of the medical device development lifecycle and relevant regulations (FDA or EU MDR).
  • Experience with SaMD development, verification, validation, and regulatory approval.
  • Knowledge of QMS principles and ISO 13485.


Work mode

  • Full-time / part-time, details can be negotiated
  • Located in Hong Kong, or the Silicon Valley area in California in US

Job Description

This role is specifically for our Enterprise IT Management product suite under the ManageEngine brand. ManageEngine with 90+ products and free tools cover everything your IT needs, at prices you can afford. ManageEngine products are used by 9 out of every 10 Fortune 100 companies and cater to over 50 verticals. From network and device management to IT security and service desk software, we're bringing IT together for an integrated, overarching approach to optimize your IT.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be an evangelist for IT solutions across IT operations, security, help desk, endpoint, networks and cloud infrastructure.
  • Talk to customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners and understand requirements, and recommend the right
  • ManageEngine product in tandem with Account Managers.
  • Conduct Masterclass presentations in the local market.
  • Work with multiple products focused at IT Management from the company
  • Conduct product demonstrations to customers and solve technical queries
  • Understanding of product areas including Desktop / Mobile Device Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, Public and Private Cloud management.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product events both online and offline as needed.
  • Travel to customer locations.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent business level English Language and local language skills.
  • Interest in learning new software products and getting into details.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple ManageEngine product teams.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in the IT industry.
  • Good background in ITSM Solutions, desktop, server/network administration devices is an advantage.
  • A good background in ITOM or Cloud is an advantage. One of ITSM or IT Operations Management is a must.
  • You must be a resident of the country you are applying for and know the local language in a professional capacity.
  • Datacenter experience, Enterprise LAN experience or Windows Environment Experience is an advantage.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certified, Microsoft Certification or Cisco and other industry certifications is an advantage.

It is important for the applicant to be a resident in the country and have a valid work authorization. Zoho Corporation does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Job Description
This role is specifically for our Enterprise IT Management product suite under the ManageEngine brand. ManageEngine with 90+ products and free tools cover everything your IT needs, at prices you can afford. ManageEngine products are used by 9 out of every 10 Fortune 100 companies and cater to over 50 verticals. From network and device management to IT security and service desk software, we're bringing IT together for an integrated, overarching approach to optimize your IT.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be an evangelist for IT solutions across IT operations, security, help desk, endpoint, networks and cloud infrastructure.
  • Talk to customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners and understand requirements, and recommend the right
  • ManageEngine product in tandem with Account Managers.
  • Conduct Masterclass presentations in the local market.
  • Work with multiple products focused at IT Management from the company
  • Conduct product demonstrations to customers and solve technical queries
  • Understanding of product areas including Desktop / Mobile Device Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, Public and Private Cloud management.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and product events both online and offline as needed.
  • Travel to customer locations.
Requirements
Requirements
  • Excellent business level English Language and local language skills.
  • Interest in learning new software products and getting into details.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple ManageEngine product teams.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in the IT industry.
  • Good background in ITSM Solutions, desktop, server/network administration devices is an advantage.
  • A good background in ITOM or Cloud is an advantage. One of ITSM or IT Operations Management is a must.
  • You must be a resident of the country you are applying for and know the local language in a professional capacity.
  • Datacenter experience, Enterprise LAN experience or Windows Environment Experience is an advantage.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certified, Microsoft Certification or Cisco and other industry certifications is an advantage.
It is important for the applicant to be a resident in the country and have a valid work authorization. Zoho Corporation does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Our regional Support Managers run world-class Support teams – solving deep technical problems for customers around the world on Ubuntu Server, Ubuntu Desktop and on the public cloud. They demonstrate two key attributes: customer focus – ensuring that customers are always satisfied with the service they are receiving, and technical excellence – ensuring that the support team is always up to date with the our technology, and that they perform sound and quick troubleshooting. We are looking for managers for both of our support groups; Cloud Support Group and Devices Support Group.

You'll need to be comfortable in a fast paced environment, able to take responsibility for delivering to customers and enjoy challenges. You will also need to care deeply about your team, their skills, and their career development.

The role entails

  • Management of a professional support team, including skills development and performance management
  • Operational control, shift scheduling, accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensures that all customer cases are responded to within the SLA, and in a professional manner
  • Act as the customer escalation contact, and ensure that such escalations are addressed appropriately
  • Accountability for customer satisfaction
  • Contribution to the support knowledge base
  • Continuous improvement to the team's processes and support service delivery
  • Hire, develop and train support team to match business requirements
  • Work with the leadership team to drive growth and transformation initiatives

What are we looking for in you

  • Extensive CLI experience with Linux at a technical level (Support, Development, Implementation)
  • Leadership experience, and preferably team management experience
  • Confidence under pressure, with proven track record of high customer focus
  • Preferably fluent in two languages, English being primary one
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience or knowledge of Linux Desktop, OpenStack, Public Cloud or Virtualization technologies
  • Proven track record of contributing to Open Source projects
  • Software development experience
  • Experience in working in support organizations
  • Hands on experience with Canonical's products
