- Perform theoretical analysis

- Design and develop standard compliance verification systems
- Contribute to ASTRI's patent portfolio
- Provide system support for DSP and FPGA implementation
- Provide system support for protocol stack integration

- Experience developing large scale high-availability distributed systems with dynamic quality of service and linear scaling for availability and reliability
- Working proficiency with developmental toolsets: Gradle, Jules, Dev-Ops
- Experience with Equities Order Management Systems and Market Structure
- Demonstrated prior experience influencing across matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value at scale
- Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

- Manage end-to-end delivery of radio network projects such as new site deployment, network expansions, upgrades, and maintenance activities from planning to production

- Bachelor / Degree holder in Business, Management, or Engineering

- Experience in the mobile industry is a plus, preferably in network rollout projects
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills able to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of telecom industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent spoken and good writing skills in both Chinese and English
