Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify their pain points and challenges
- Understanding business requirements and proposing solutions through proof of concepts (POCs)
- Collaborating closely with business units and architects to design and develop POCs
- Configuring and implementing technical solutions
- Planning, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting POCs
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in technology, industry, and relevant business domains
- Initiating, defining, planning, and executing POC projects
- Testing all aspects of POCs, including security, performance, and integration
- Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality POCs that effectively address business pain points and challenges
- Ensuring the quality of work delivered by junior analysts in the development and execution of POCs, providing feedback and support to maintain high standards
Requirements
- 6 years of IT experience in Application Development area
- A degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline
- Strong communication skills, reporting effectively using English verbally and written
- Ability to work closely with the business to understand and incorporate non-functional requirements in the application and infrastructure architecture
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
- Understanding of different cloud services like AWS, Azure and their architecture design
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps and implementation of DevOps in large organizations
- Understanding of new technology such as AI, VR, IoT etc. is a plus
- Experience with automation technologies like Jenkins and container-based implementations and orchestration like Kubernetes, OpenShift
