  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in quantitative and qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics, and performance measurement
  • Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management. Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology, and process implications as related to operating model organization design, operating model design implementation, HR process design, HR delivery strategy, HR policy development maintenance, and other HR-related areas, able to design flexible, fit-for-purpose HR operating models to meet the client's business needs and culture
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

We’re looking for sharp, analytical, and driven individuals to join our consulting team as Management Consulting Analysts . This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact projects, solve complex business problems, and support clients across diverse industries.

  • Open to applicants based in Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa
  • Flexible work setup: remote , hybrid , or on-site from our Hong Kong office
  • Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis
  • Support the development of strategic recommendations for clients
  • Assist in preparing presentations, models, and business cases
  • Analyze operational, financial, and organizational data
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver consulting projects on time and with impact
  • 0–3 years of experience in consulting, research, business analysis, or related roles
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (experience with data tools a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with management consulting firms, startups, or corporate strategy teams
  • Familiarity with frameworks like SWOT, Porter’s 5 Forces, or financial modeling
  • Bilingual skills (English + Cantonese or Mandarin)
