We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a key driver of growth for our Cloud and Enterprise Support Services (CSS) business. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling enterprise-level support solutions—including mission-critical service contracts and full lifecycle product support—to strategic customers in Hong Kong.

You will engage with senior IT and business leaders to understand their cloud transformation goals and operational challenges, and recommend tailored CSS offerings that support their digital success. This is a consultative, solution-led sales role ideal for candidates with deep experience in cloud and enterprise IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Selling: Identify and understand enterprise customer pain points in IT operations, cloud adoption, and digital transformation.
  • Solution Positioning: Articulate the business value of Oracle CSS services, aligning with customer needs across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Account Leadership: Develop and execute strategic account plans, managing complex sales cycles and executive relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Oracle’s cross-line-of-business (xLOB) teams—including Cloud Infrastructure, Applications, and Consulting—to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Pipeline Development: Drive new business development and account expansion initiatives, ensuring a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Mentorship & Team Contribution: Provide insights and guidance to peers and junior team members, contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), IT services, or professional support solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and manage long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise IT architectures, and support service models.
  • Demonstrated success in selling annualized or fixed-scope software and hardware support packages.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (B.Sc/B.Engg preferred).

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, he/she needs to have strong account management skill but more importantly is the soft skills on business development. He/she will be responsible to identify the go-to-market strategies and to lead the corresponding stakeholders to meet the business objective.

  • Improve and increase the market shares in the corresponding markets

  • Create demand through demonstration and engagement with end-users / consultants / architects
  • Work with marketing team in events / promotions / roadshows to build brand equity
  • Provide market and customer feedback to product management to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Provide excellent customer service through engagement and dedication to customer satisfaction

Required

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, engineering, networking, or IT
  • Minimum 5 years of electronics / IT sales or channel management experience
  • Solid sales experience in ELV, Access Controls, CCTV, Intrusion Detection System
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin
  • Strong personality, self-motivated, flexible to business demands and can work under pressure

Enterprise Sales Manager - Payroll / Mass Payments

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth of our Asia wide client portfolio. This position will be located out of our Hong Kong office. The ideal applicant will have a strong track record of nurturing enterprise clients and designing bespoke, complex mass payment solutions to meet their diverse needs.

The right applicant will also possess a deep understanding of mass payment rails (e.g. CIPS, CHATS, SWIFT, FX management, API integrations) and how they can deliver effective and scalable outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for creating and driving demand across multiple industry verticals including Payroll, Insurance, Pension, Expense Management etc, for our mass payments offering.

The Enterprise Sales Manager is a key individual contributor role, coordinating selling efforts with internal support and technical teams, and will operate at all organisational levels, including C-suite.

What We Are Looking For In The Candidate

  • 8+ years of progressively complex hunting sales experience with a proven track record of consistently initiating & closing deals. Driving client outreach initiatives with tenacity and persuasiveness to make a direct revenue impact
  • Experience in selling Payroll / Mass Payments solutions
  • Capable of managing long sales timelines (6-12 months) and consistently ‘nurturing’ leads. Must be able to present and lead discovery meetings by using consultative questioning, active listening and a ‘challenger’ mind set, in order to steer conversations
  • Effective at working with other stakeholders to ensure that the right resources and expertise are in place when pitching and nurturing clients
  • Attention and orientation to detail, works well in multi-cultural environments, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Hunter mindset with natural ease in initiating conversations with cold and warm prospects.
  • Able to develop a sales pipeline on their own. A self-starter with the entrepreneurial approach to forming relationships, seeking out opportunities and pushing them through the sales funnel all the way to closing
  • Identify creative strategies to engage customers and produce incremental revenue. Proven ability to cross/up-sell solutions to newly formed relationships and existing accounts
  • Capable of creating and delivering presentations to c-suite individuals whilst leading the meeting and identifying the needs of the clients
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

**What's the role?**
We're looking for a client-facing Equity Index Solutions Specialist to help drive the growth and adoption of Bloomberg's equity index offerings. This is a highly technical and commercially focused role, ideal for professionals with deep experience in equities-particularly in the asset management or index provider space.
You'll act as a key partner to our index sales and relationship teams, using your expertise to translate complex index methodologies into actionable insights for institutional clients. Your contributions will span everything from backtesting and strategic advisory to market development and client engagement.
You'll be at the forefront of Bloomberg's expanding equity index business, playing a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and delivering meaningful solutions to leading financial institutions. This is an opportunity to blend technical depth, commercial savvy, and industry influence in a role with real impact.
**We'll trust you to:**
+ Lead client engagement by delivering impactful presentations, running custom backtests, and articulating index methodologies clearly to investment professionals.
+ Drive commercial outcomes by identifying opportunities to grow market share across traditional, ESG, factor-based, and custom equity indices.
+ Support strategic product development by feeding client insights back to product, research, and engineering teams.
+ Strengthen market visibility of Bloomberg's equity index capabilities through external meetings, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives.
+ Build lasting partnerships with key clients at asset managers, pension funds, and other institutional investors.
+ Contribute to strategic planning, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and post-launch product growth.
**You'll need to have:**
+ 7+ years of experience in the equity space; this could be equity research, portfolio management, index strategy, or institutional sales
+ A strong grasp of equity index construction, methodologies, and their role in portfolio design
+ A proven track record in business development, client advisory, or revenue generation
+ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
+ Commercial drive with the ability to manage pipelines and meet ambitious growth targets
+ CFA or equivalent is an advantage
+ High-level proficiency in data analysis; experience with backtesting or index analytics tools is a plus
+ Willingness to travel and engage with clients across regions
+ Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese)

  • Diligently track, update, manage, and forecast net new revenue in Salesforce.

  • Validate solution fits with prospect needs and engage internal resources as necessary.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of the full solutions suite and competitive offerings.
  • Understand prospect’s technology stack, buying process, and stakeholder engagement to align the selling/buying process.

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in complex, enterprise SaaS sales in FinTech, especially to asset management, insurance, and wealth management firms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue goals/quota.
  • Hungry, humble, with a Challenger Sale mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and forecast accurately from lead to close.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships, including at CxO levels.
  • Collaborative team player.

What You’ll Do

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be focused on selling our FX & Payment API product to our APAC-based customers. You will use your deep network and industry experience to hit the ground running and deliver quick results. Success in this role is based on successfully achieving target volume and revenue targets and you will enjoy significant commission and share option upside for hitting those targets.

This role is based in Hong Kong.

Internal title is Account Executive, Enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our SDR and acquire new enterprise customers across APAC through your existing network and experience.
  • Own and drive the entire deal cycle from prospecting to go live.
  • Identify new companies, use cases and prospects through research with help of our SDR team.
  • Work with Marketing, Strategy, and other functions to architect and execute a well-oiled machine to drive sales funnel conversion.
  • Build and manage a strong, reliable pipeline, as well as help define best practices that will be the foundation for the APAC sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures.
  • Provide regular reporting against KPIs, metrics and targets.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to specific target verticals and/or companies.

Who You Are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience selling a complex technology product to enterprise accounts (preferably with several years in fintech). Candidates with more working experience will be considered for Senior Account Executive.
  • A top performing sales professional with a proven track record of new business solution selling, ideally within FX, payment, transaction banking, card issuing in target verticals including eCommerce, marketplaces, fintech, online travel agents, etc.
  • Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Broad existing network of key decision makers for payments solutions at our target prospects -- such as major eCommerce, marketplace, fintech, online travel, digital content and similar network/platform businesses.
  • Besides strong analytical skills and an organized way of working, you will have excellent communication and solution selling skills (directly tailored to customer needs) and experience in identifying and influencing key decision makers and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You are technically minded and have prior experience working in API sales for a similar company.
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment and have a level of maturity to run your own race within the organization.
  • A startup mindset, with prior experience in selling complex, API-driven solutions.
