The Enterprise Solutions Business Analyst will serve as a key communication link between various stakeholders and manage project activities. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, documentation, and project management. This role will work closely with the finance and digital teams to ensure the successful implementation of the Workday Finance System.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Manage all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, risk management, and documentation.
- Support the implementation of Workday Finance and other finance systems, ensuring project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within the allocated resources.
- Maintain consistent communication with all project team members.
- Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and follow up on mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and action items to guarantee all stakeholders complete their responsibilities on schedule.
- Assist in the transition to post-implementation support, ensuring a smooth handover and ongoing system maintenance.
- Continuously support the enhancement and optimization of finance systems to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems projects or related project management roles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Prior experience in supporting finance transformation projects.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with finance processes.
- Experience with Workday Finance System is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Solutions Marketing
- Work with the solution team to develop messaging and positioning for enterprise solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including sales decks, case studies, white papers, and other materials that support sales efforts.
- Develop solution GTM messages and campaigns that align with overall marketing strategy
- Liaising with key technology vendors for joint marketing campaigns
Campaign Management
- Work with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that drive qualified leads and increase conversion rates.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and other activities that promote enterprise solutions to target customers.
Marketing Strategy and Planning

Budget Management
- Manage budgets and ensure that marketing spend is optimized to drive maximum ROI.
Cross-functional Team Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing programs are aligned with business objectives and company values.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials that support the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years or above of experience in enterprise solution marketing, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing preferred.
- Experience in managing budgets and tracking ROI.

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Enterprise Solutions on Digital Transformation including Data Capturing, RPA / BPM, EDMS, HRM, Mobility Solutions
- Sales Coverage of strategic accounts with specific domain replications
- Explore C-Level contacts to ensure transparent communication on adoption of FUJIFILM Digital Transformation Solutions
- New Technology Update with C-Level to arouse interest for new projects with FUJIFILM
- Identify customer requirement – work closely with presales to understand and capture details requirement through process assessment study
- Provide demonstration / Proof of Concept (POC) – Interpreted Pre-Sales POC Demo, translation from technical angle and present in customer understanding workflow language to visualize the capabilities of proposed solution
- Work closely with Pre-sales team and solution vendors for business opportunity, solution design, support service and project proposal
- Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines is preferable
- 2-3 years relevant sales or presales experience in the ICT industry is preferable
- Experience in selling RPA / BPM / Capturing solutions is preferable
- Experience in selling ECM / EDMS / Mobile / Workflow solutions is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for “Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant”
- 12 days' annual leave
- Blissful leave of maximum 25 days per year (including birthday leave, wedding anniversary leave, children graduation leave, volunteer leave, pet healthcare leave, home purchase, etc)

This role will provide high quality sales trainings and supports to agents to enhance their capability and interest on conducting group and MPF business. S/he will also support agents using group and MPF products as a tool for customer acquisition on domestic business.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationship with agencies through regular visits, briefings and handle agents’ enquiries in timely manner
- Expand the no. of MPF license agents and no. of productive agents on group business and MPF business
- Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities to other line of business (eg. Commercial, Personal)
- Provide effective trainings to agents on group business and MPF products
- Assist in develop sales strategies, marketing activities and sales incentive campaigns to support business growth
- Prepare regular communications to agents
- Assist to organize agent events and seminars
- Identify the extent of a program's impact on participants and maintain follow-up on their applications after the program
- Review course evaluation for further enhancement or improvement
- Participate in the development of long-term plans, training structure, organization, policies, programs, services and practices in order to accomplish the training mission
- Conduct analysis on information/data/resources relating to section's training activities, and report findings in regular reports
- Prepare regular reports on training activities to management according to the guidelines given
- Need to involve in end-to-end eLearning production (design focus)
- Degree holder
- 5 years of experience on channel development and training on employee benefits products
- Possessing experience in developing other SME businesses is an advantage.
- IA & MPF license holder
- Advanced database and computer skills to prepare reports for incentive results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced record-keeping skills
- Drive cross selling of life business and experience with agency channel is preferred
- CPD trainer experience is preferred
- Required languages: fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, plus English at a conversational level.

- Architect and implement scalable, high-availability infrastructure on on-perm Cloud using services like Oracle, MS SQL and Redis.
- Architect, design and execute homogeneous and heterogenous database migrations from Trustees to the centralized database platform
- Design and implement a Disaster Recovery Solution and a Near Zero Downtime maintenance architecture to minimize business interruptions.
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise data architecture strategy across a complex ecosystem.
- Architect scalable and secure data solutions that meet evolving regulatory requirements.
- Create reusable, scheme-oriented data models that promote consistency, interoperability, and self-service across business units.
- Define and implement architectural patterns supporting both real-time and batch data processing by scheme and cross schemes.
- implement monitoring solutions using Oracle OEM and AppDynamics and SiteScope, and other tools to ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of applications.
- Apply security best practices to safeguard the database platform and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and application performance.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate Platform practices and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify performance problems and work with various cross functional teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Participate in agile sprints including story writing, planning, daily standups, backlog grooming sessions, reviews, and post-mortem.
- Understand API/microservice architecture and can participate in architecture discussions of applications and suggest the right database.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate deployment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master in Information Technology
- 15+ years of strong Technical Expertise in one of the RDBMS: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server.
- Preferred to come from a Large-Scale Corporate, MNC, or FSI background with intensive hands-on DBA Architecture Design, Implementation & Delivery experience for Enterprise-level platform.
- Proficient with monitoring and logging tools such as Oracle OEM, AppDynamics, Grafana, and SiteScope.
- Familiar with Imperva database fire wall tool and CSI Database Security standard
- Ability to analyze, use structured problem solving and available tools to troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, action plans, impact, and resolution options.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese (Must)
