- To carry out asbestos survey including literature review, data analysis and site inspection;
- To conduct desktop study, site inspection and supervision for environmental site investigation for, asbestos investigation, land and sediment contamination assessment and treatment process;
- To prepare professional consultancy reports, technical proposals or presentation and other relevant submissions;
- To liaise with clients and relevant authorities for project issues;
- To carrying out other tasks as assigned by the Senior Environmental Consultant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Science, Management or related disciplines;
- 3 year of experience in Asbestos Management & General Safety in Handling of Asbestos;
- License holder of Registered Asbestos Consultant;
- Certificate in Asbestos Management & General Safety in Handling of Asbestos;
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication (Chinese and English);
- Candidates with Certificate in Asbestos Management & General Safety in Handling of Asbestos but without license would be considered as Assistant Environmental Consultant.

Your Next Challenge
- Be responsible for undertaking noise/ air quality impact assessment (including modelling study) and design of noise/ air quality pollution control measures for infrastructure and development projects
- Provide client, stakeholder and public consultation; act as technical expert and provide advice and solutions, to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the client requirements

What You'll Need

- Relevant technical expertise in air quality/ noise management field and recognized professional qualification in related discipline required. Membership of HKIQEP (and Air/ Noise Modelling Professional Certification), HKIOA, HKIEIAor similar organization is preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of implementing consultancy projects that involve noise/ air quality impact assessment (including hand-on experience in using models such as RoadNoise, CadnaA/ EMFAC, AERMOD etc.) and/or design of noise/ air quality pollution control measures for large complex multi-disciplinary projects as well as delivering projects to time, cost and quality
- Independent, proactive, result-oriented and able to handle multi-task with strong business acumen
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
