Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, implement and update the environmental management plan and related documents;
  • Liaise on all matters relating to environmental monitoring and auditing;
  • Attend environmental related meetings, site inspections, audits etc;
  • Provide environmental training to various levels of staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Environmental Science or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill, detail-oriented and self-motivated

Reporting to the Principal Environmental Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing various consultancy projects and providing consultation to stakeholders.

Your Next Challenge
• Be responsible for delivering different environmental monitoring and audit (EM&A) consultancy for infrastructure projects including Environmental Team (ET) and Independent Environmental Checker (IEC)
• Liaising with clients and relevant authorities on project matters
• Be responsible for project delivery including time, cost, co-ordination, stakeholder management
• Assist in processing and analyse of environmental data, preparation of reports and presentation materials
• Support proposals preparation
• Manage to work in different works environment

What You'll Need
• Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related discipline
• Knowledgeable in the EM&A processes in Hong Kong
• At least 3 years of practical experience in delivering EM&A projects gained in consultancy setting
• Relevant experience in preparing EM&A reports for infrastructure projects
• Self-motivation and being a good team player
• Proactive, result-oriented and able to handle multi-task under tight programme
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree on Data, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in environmental management, carbon accounting, or supply chain sustainability preferred.
  • 3+ years relevant experience, preferably within sustainability, supply chain, or supplier management.
  • Experience working with Higg FEM and supplier environmental data.
  • Knowledge of supply chain sustainability frameworks and reporting preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Python for data management and analysis.
  • Familiarity with environmental datasets and sustainability reporting metrics, including GHG Scopes 1, 2, and 3.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills, able to present complex data insights clearly to various stakeholders.

Your Next Challenge

  • Be responsible for undertaking noise/ air quality impact assessment (including modelling study) and design of noise/ air quality pollution control measures for infrastructure and development projects
  • Provide client, stakeholder and public consultation; act as technical expert and provide advice and solutions, to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the client requirements
  • Responsible for project delivery including time, cost, co-ordination, stakeholder management
  • Maintain key client retention; and anticipate needs of existing clients and pursue development within the portfolio
  • Involve in the preparation of bid submissions

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Environmental Engineering/ Science or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of practical experience on noise/ air quality modelling and impact assessment works gained in consultancy setting
  • Relevant technical expertise in air quality/ noise management field and recognized professional qualification in related discipline required. Membership of HKIQEP (and Air/ Noise Modelling Professional Certification), HKIOA, HKIEIAor similar organization is preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of implementing consultancy projects that involve noise/ air quality impact assessment (including hand-on experience in using models such as RoadNoise, CadnaA/ EMFAC, AERMOD etc.) and/or design of noise/ air quality pollution control measures for large complex multi-disciplinary projects as well as delivering projects to time, cost and quality

Your Next Challenge

  • Be responsible for undertaking noise/ air quality impact assessment (including modelling study) and design of noise/ air quality pollution control measures for infrastructure and development projects
  • Provide client, stakeholder and public consultation; act as technical expert and provide advice and solutions, to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the client requirements
  • Responsible for project delivery including time, cost, co-ordination, stakeholder management
  • Maintain key client retention; and anticipate needs of existing clients and pursue development within the portfolio
  • Involve in the preparation of bid submissions
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Environmental Engineering/ Science or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of practical experience on noise/ air quality modelling and impact assessment works gained in consultancy setting
  • Relevant technical expertise in air quality/ noise management field and recognized professional qualification in related discipline required. Membership of HKIQEP (and Air/ Noise Modelling Professional Certification), HKIOA, HKIEIAor similar organization is preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of implementing consultancy projects that involve noise/ air quality impact assessment (including hand-on experience in using models such as RoadNoise, CadnaA/ EMFAC, AERMOD etc.) and/or design of noise/ air quality pollution control measures for large complex multi-disciplinary projects as well as delivering projects to time, cost and quality

We are seeking anEnvironmental Data Analyst to join theHong Kong Office.

As anEnvironmental Data Analyst , you will provide key data management support for sustainability initiatives, enabling the team to drive data-driven decisions and deliver environmental improvements. This role focuses on developing actionable insights through robust data handling and analysis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, collect, and maintain environmental data to support sustainability goals and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze datasets using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Python to uncover trends and support environmental improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of environmental performance data for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Support calculation and reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3).
  • Assist with Higg Facility Environmental Module (Higg FEM) submissions and supplier data management as needed.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Remain up-to-date with best practices and regulations in environmental data management and sustainability reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree on Data, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in environmental management, carbon accounting, or supply chain sustainability preferred.
  • 3+ years relevant experience, preferably within sustainability, supply chain, or supplier management.
  • Experience working with Higg FEM and supplier environmental data.
  • Knowledge of supply chain sustainability frameworks and reporting preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Python for data management and analysis.
  • Familiarity with environmental datasets and sustainability reporting metrics, including GHG Scopes 1, 2, and 3.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills, able to present complex data insights clearly to various stakeholders.
