Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the lead project manager, managing equipment delivery projects in the semiconductor equipment industry for IC-substrate, advanced packaging and high-density PCB.

  2. Ensure flawless on-site execution, customer acceptance and subsequent product reliability while synchronizing overseas R&D, local supply chain and regional service organizations.

  3. Identify order execution risks, facilitate cross-functional resolution of technical issues across engineering validation, assembly, logistics, and commissioning to secure customer qualification and seamless production ramp-up.

  4. Drive customer demo, sampling activities, evaluation and acceptance (FAT/SAT), safeguard equipment stability, and reliability.

  5. Engage deeply with customers (IC substrate manufacturers) and end-customers (IC design companies, OSAT) to understand requirements and technical pain points and provide key input for product roadmap (especially localization requirements) from the perspectives of the market and customer demands.

  6. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to formulate technical solutions, promoting customized product development, standard product development, and equipment iteration and upgrading.

  7. Work closely with our distributors to conduct sales activities, technical training, understand service needs, failure reports, and upgrade suggestions. Drive the optimization of product reliability and maintain a good cooperative relationship with customers.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 7 years' project-delivery experience within semiconductor or high-end PCB equipment environment; direct accountability for FAT/SAT in Asia.
  3. Understanding of laser direct write, lithography, laser direct imaging, AOI or comparable capital-equipment technologies.
  4. Strong understanding of application scenarios and customer pain points in advanced packaging and laser direct imaging.
  5. Business-fluent English and Mandarin
  6. Proficient in standard project-management tools: Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, etc.
  7. Stationed in Zhuhai, China. Frequent travel across China and overseas.
