Job Description

• Lead application team of 4 in HK and China
• Business Partner with multiple operation departments (finance in particular), proactive understand business challenges, evaluate workflows and provide feasible solutions for optimization
• Sit at Group level to oversee application delivery for multiple entities with focus on ERP (Oracle Finance and D365 SCM)
• Drive the team on system integrations with WMS (Yonyou) and OMS (D365)
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor in Information System or relevant disciplines
• 8+ years experience IT Applications with focus on ERP (technical background preferred)
• Functionally strong in Oracle EBS Finance
• Technical background with knowledge on Java, PL/SQL is a plus
• Experience in D365 (SCM/ F&O)/ Yonyou WMS is a plus
• Strong in system design and application delivery
• Prefer someone who has strong commercial sense; able to work closely with Application Head to come up with feasible solutions to solve business problems proactively
• Drive IT-driven culture within the business
• Strong in system integration, ERP governance and resources planning
• Strong in driving end to end project lifecycle in Agile
• Team leadership experience is preferred
• Strong in user communication, vendor and stakeholders management
• Supply Chain/ Consumer Goods/ Retail background is a huge plus
• Strategic with analytic mindset, strong communication and influencing skills
• Good command in Chinese and English

**Job Description**
The Functional Consultant assists customers with implementing Oracle enterprise applications ERP solutions. The role requires heavy interaction with customers, implementation teams and partners. He/she will have implementation expertise spanning the full implementation cycle and be adept at implementing Oracle applications functionality.
As a functional consultant, you will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:
1. Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design
2. Documenting the client's as-is process flows and communicating best practices for the to-be optimal state
3. Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a client's business unit or operating location
4. Documenting and gaining agreement on the client configuration
5. Implementing and configuring applications
6. Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment
7. Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with customers to gather and document customer business requirements
+ Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices, as required;
+ Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer
+ Work with customers to implement and configure ERP solution to support customer business requirements
+ Establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to work within project teams and collaborate cross-departmentally
+ Work collaboratively within a project team both on and off customer sites
+ Analyze and design solutions for business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or technical components
+ Assist in delivering client facing workshops
+ Define detailed functional requirements
+ Work with technical teams to design, develop and test automations and integrations
+ Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
+ Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
+ Train and mentor team members
+ Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets
+ Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

+ Recent graduate or final-year student of a Bachelor's degree programme or above in relevant discipline(s), including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Science, etc.
+ 3+ year of experience in application implementation, fresh graduates are also welcome.
+ Has a keen interest in customer facing consultant role.
+ Ability to guide customer based on leading practices
+ Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently
+ Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
+ Proficiency in English, verbal and written
+ Critical thinker, problem solver, curious learner

• Respond and resolve service requests within Key Performance Indicator targets.
• Developing high quality, standard deliverables and methods to promote efficient service delivery.
• Researching and responding to technical inquiries from customers.
• Maintaining an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new products released in the market.
• Maintaining product expertise within own area of specialization.
• Contributing to the continuous development of the team.

Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. in a technical field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience, at least 8 years solid experience in Oracle E-business Suite and Fusion cloud Financial modules.
• Mainly work in Financial modules; experience with Manufacturing & HR modules will be an additional advantage.
• Solid experience and deep knowledge of Fusion ERP cloud; experience in Oracle E-business Suite R12 is definitely an advantage.
• Experienced in the implementation and development of Oracle Fusion ERP, including Fusion Cloud financial module implementation and data integration.
• Strong PL/SQL and Integration development skills are an additional advantage.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin speaking as an advantage.
• Proven team and people management experience.
