Job Description
- Lead application team of 4 in HK and China
- Business Partner with multiple operation departments (finance in particular), proactive understand business challenges, evaluate workflows and provide feasible solutions for optimization
- Sit at Group level to oversee application delivery for multiple entities with focus on ERP (Oracle Finance and D365 SCM)
- Drive the team on system integrations with WMS (Yonyou) and OMS (D365)
- Bachelor in Information System or relevant disciplines
- 8+ years experience IT Applications with focus on ERP (technical background preferred)
- Functionally strong in Oracle EBS Finance
- Technical background with knowledge on Java, PL/SQL is a plus
- Experience in D365 (SCM/ F&O)/ Yonyou WMS is a plus
- Strong in system design and application delivery
- Prefer someone who has strong commercial sense; able to work closely with Application Head to come up with feasible solutions to solve business problems proactively
- Drive IT-driven culture within the business
- Strong in system integration, ERP governance and resources planning
- Strong in driving end to end project lifecycle in Agile
- Team leadership experience is preferred
- Strong in user communication, vendor and stakeholders management
- Supply Chain/ Consumer Goods/ Retail background is a huge plus
- Strategic with analytic mindset, strong communication and influencing skills
- Good command in Chinese and English

The Functional Consultant assists customers with implementing Oracle enterprise applications ERP solutions. The role requires heavy interaction with customers, implementation teams and partners. He/she will have implementation expertise spanning the full implementation cycle and be adept at implementing Oracle applications functionality.
As a functional consultant, you will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:
1. Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design
2. Documenting the client's as-is process flows and communicating best practices for the to-be optimal state
3. Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a client's business unit or operating location
4. Documenting and gaining agreement on the client configuration
5. Implementing and configuring applications
6. Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment
7. Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with customers to gather and document customer business requirements
+ Ability to influence customers to modify current business practices, as required;
+ Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer
+ Work with customers to implement and configure ERP solution to support customer business requirements
+ Establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to work within project teams and collaborate cross-departmentally
+ Work collaboratively within a project team both on and off customer sites
+ Analyze and design solutions for business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or technical components
+ Assist in delivering client facing workshops
+ Define detailed functional requirements
+ Work with technical teams to design, develop and test automations and integrations
+ Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
+ Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
+ Train and mentor team members
+ Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets
+ Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

+ Recent graduate or final-year student of a Bachelor's degree programme or above in relevant discipline(s), including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Science, etc.
+ 3+ year of experience in application implementation, fresh graduates are also welcome.
+ Has a keen interest in customer facing consultant role.
+ Ability to guide customer based on leading practices
+ Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently

- Forming effective professional relationships with Oracle Technical Account Managers, Oracle Solution team, Oracle Product Support and customer staff, at all levels, to ensure customer satisfaction with Oracle's products and support organization.
- Respond and resolve service requests within Key Performance Indicator targets.
