- Proven track record in leading market expansion and strategic initiatives in Asia.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem, especially in APAC.

Our client is an international Financial Services Group focusing on Life Insurance, HNW Wealth, Asset Management, Pension and Health Insurance. With increasing business activities and a solid growth strategy in place in Asia, the Group is now seeking a high-calibre Corporate Strategy Consulting professional in a Corporate Strategy team covering predominately the Asia region with additional international coverage, based in Hong Kong.
The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Senior Lead in the Corporate Strategy team covering Asia region (with additional international markets) designing and developing corporate and business growth strategies and development plans at regional level across all the businesses.
- Lead strategy formulation and initiatives related to growth strategies, new markets entry, distribution strategy, new customer segment development, partnerships, new and existing products development and entries.
- Take a proactive role in identifying and assessing growth opportunities, new customer segment or product segment with the group's strategic goals in the various markets.
- Recommend and build business case on strategic initiatives, articulate and translate ideas into execution priorities, action plans and transformation programmes.
- Communicate market insights effectively to the management and business leaders by evaluating industry trends, conducting market research and benchmarking, analyzing the competitive landscape and the impact to the business.

Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:
- An university degree preferably with an MBA or Master degree.
- Minimum 15+ years experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Strategy Consulting gained from Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Bancassurance, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Consumer Banking sectors
- Experience from top-tier Strategy Consulting firms, ideally coupled with in-house strategy or line / business roles
- Asia markets experience is a MUST
- A track record in building, leading and delivering strategic initiatives with proven ability to lead a team and run multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in conducting in-depth research, financial analysis and financial modelling
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
