Principal responsibilities:
- Owns client relationships and is accountable for Global ETF clients, sales, client facing and engagement activities;
- Drives the growth of sales and business strategies, develops direct and deep relationships with clients to effectively and proactively identify client needs and offer timely solutions;
- Manages existing client base, providing after-sale services and account management, monitoring service standards, ensuring the highest possible levels of client satisfaction and creating client solutions;
- Oversees opportunity pipeline and drives effective sales activities by prompting responding to client requests;
- Acts as leader and mentor to supervise, coach, drive and mentor the Global ETF team to achieve the assigned targets;
- Collaborates with Chief Client Management Officer to establish metrics to measure client satisfaction and track effectiveness of client engagement activities conducted by the Client Management team and set performance goals for the Client Management team to follow; and
- Assists Chief Client Management Officer to define Global ETF clients and sales strategy and drive successful execution and implementation of such strategy.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline;
- Over five years' sales /business development experience in selling index investment products or financial data products, preferably in the asset manager / asset owner / investment banks previously;
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, high level of communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
- Self-discipline, self-motivated and results-oriented;
- Resilient, curious and with growth mindset;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management
Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, BBD Investment and Insurance Sales Specialist.
Principal responsibilities
- Mainly focus on investment & insurance (I&I) cross-selling in BBC mass segment
- Promote DIY I&I together with BBC PMs to achieve BBC Center I&I business initiatives
- Provide I&I basic training materials to BBC PMs for identifying potential clients
- Identify potential HNW clients with investment interest and refer to CWM / BBD RM for long term relationship building
- Encourage to refer potential clients to GI specialist
Requirement
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with proven relevant working experience
- Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations and passes Paper 1, 2, 3 of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
- Strong technical competency, good knowledge of the investment market and economic environment
- Good sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
