Job Description
1. Plan and execute innovative marketing activities targeting the Hong Kong/Taiwan/Korean market. Based on brand positioning and marketing objectives, research, formulate and lead the implementation of targeted marketing plans to support the department's sales goals, enhance brand awareness and merchant engagement.
2. Increase the number of existing customers, acquire new customers and enhance brand influence through integrated marketing initiatives such as industry seminars, exhibitions, event marketing, resource BD, online & offline creativity and execution as well as public relations communication, establishing in-depth cooperative relationships with relevant associations or KOLs.
3. Make breakthrough and innovative attempts in the communication field, and seek event opportunities through in-depth industry communication, negotiations with important figures, and negotiations on cross-industry resources. For example, implement cross-industry marketing, interactive marketing, new integrated marketing projects on social media to create topics and industry influence.
4. Be responsible for the full-cycle management of activities, including concept development, budget formulation, execution, evaluation and optimization, to ensure the achievement of activity objectives.
5. Work closely with cross-departmental teams, including product, design, sales and public relations, coordinate resources to ensure the smooth progress of activities.
6. Track and measure the effect of marketing work implementation, establish closed-loop indicators from leads to orders, and provide in-depth insights to optimize activity effects and improve ROI.
7. Track industry trends and competitor dynamics, and provide forward-looking suggestions for activity strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, new media, communication studies, marketing-related fields, exhibition economy and management, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Possess excellent project management and organizational coordination capabilities, and have experience in successfully planning and executing large-scale events and customer study tours.
- Familiar with the cross-border e-commerce industry and understand the needs and behavioral patterns of target customer groups.
- Outgoing personality, with good market sensitivity and innovative thinking ability, as well as the willingness to continuously practice and take the initiative to communicate.
- Have excellent expression and comprehension skills, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
- Possess strong learning ability and good team spirit, and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

(Senior) Executive, Event Marketing
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of fund-raising programmes/events and network building initiatives
- Manage fundraising events from planning to execution, including campaign launches, drafting of appeals, speeches, press releases, social media content/posts, features and correspondences, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, etc.
- Produce high quality promotional and publicity materials, both print and digital, from content development to production
- Input donor database information
- Perform post-events follow up tasks
- Liaise with donors and corporations to explore sponsorship opportunities
- Prepare fundraising proposals and communication materials
- Explore regular donation channels which help provide stable income for the Kuk’s charitable services or maintain and monitor various donation channels regularly
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Manage fundraising events within deadlines and critical dates. (for Senior executive)
- A recognized degree in Marketing / Communications / or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience for executive position, preferably in the fields of fund-raising, marketing communications, or event management. Candidate with 5 years’ relevant experience will be considered as the senior executive position.
- Good command of speaking, listening and writing in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Mature, meticulous and also an efficient and motivated self-starter
- Good multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
- Need to work in the evening on weekdays and weekends occasionally
- Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Role Description
This role is a key project host who aims to drive a marketing campaign /event marketing project with the team. He/she takes the lead to create and drive the projects from the preparation stage to completion by proposal, co-working and pushing the progress with the internal and external teams. It requires a high standard and quality of work.
Job Tasks

- Being the event host to manage all on-site events, set-up, site inspection, or other preparation works
- Planning and communicating well with organised paperwork that helps to communicate and push the progress of the project
- Fixing problems by advising the best solution always and making things happen
- Supporting Luna's growth and development e.g., applicable marketing strategies/tools for Luna, project creations, new collaboration ideas etc.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and experienced in brand marketing, brand activation and event marketing. Experienced to work with multi-national brands is a plus
- Detail-minded, able to work independently while proactively supporting the team
- Skilful in handling marketing, activation campaign and event-related progress, problem-solving
- Able to manage the workflow under multiple projects at the same period and work under a tight schedule
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development experience
- Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Love to work with people in a good business manner
- Excellent command on writing business proposals through MS PowerPoint, and using MS Excel and MS Word for all document preparations
- On-trend or love to study what young market and exciting brands love
- Knowledge of PR, influencer marketing, design software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Higher experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline (preferable).
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing or Event Management.
- Creative, attentive, independent, with a team spirit.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Horse Racing is an advantage.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Reach and exceed yearly events budget as well as upsell target as assigned.
- Work closely with the MICE sales team, offering advice regarding logistics to assist in lead conversion, VIP site inspections and key opportunities, in an effort to maximize hotel revenue.
- Professionally manage all assigned group or events bookings from contract handover to completion, including food & beverage and bedroom elements.
- Conduct an informative handover with the MICE sales team and Event Sales team for a seamless and timely introduction to the clients.
- Qualify additional event space requests while balancing and maintaining appreciation of overall business with price integrity.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Event Planning Manager
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sizeable luxury hotel and catering group with 2 years in similar capacity
- Detail oriented, organized and able to handle a fast paced environment
- Possess excellent guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal billingual communication skills is a must (both English and Chinese)
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Event Planning Manager
