PyCon Hong Kong (PyCon HK) is the leading Python conference in Hong Kong, bringing together Python enthusiasts to share their insights and foster collaboration. Among the 50+ PyCons hosted annually in various cities and countries worldwide, PyCon HK is proud to be one of them. We are in need of visual designs for our social media and website, these designs will also be crucial for our upcoming events promotions.

  4. Proficiency in application of MS Office and Photoshop; and good typing skills including Chinese and English

Responsibilities:

  1. To perform event set-up works for large-scale events

  2. To provide ticketing services to URBTIX users e.g. update of

ticketing information, reservation / release of seats, arrangement for issuing complimentary / consignment tickets, answering enquiries from the event presenters, and to provide ticket sales report and seating plans

  1. To follow up the post-implementation of the URBTIX ticketing system with the system contractor e.g. conducting system testing, analysing the test results of bug-fixing items and reporting different types of test resuIts for rectification;

  2. To assist in refining and enhancing the current ticketing platform development by reviewing the event ticketing solution submitted by the project team of URBTIX system contractor;

  3. To perform internal surprise checks of the functioning of various modules of the URBTIX system to ensure the event setup is in order;

  4. To provide customer support to the event presenter for faciliating the event promotion on the website, issuance of SMS/email notification and refund services, etc.
