JOB DESCRIPTION:

•    Responsible for managing various types of new, re-stack fit-out and reinstatement projects within the approved time frame and budget for the company in Hong Kong, China

•    Assist the Project Manager in overall planning and monitoring of construction work

•    Site coordination and technical drawings for fitting out and renovation projects

•    Track, develop and report the ongoing progress, ensure quality and safety standards are met

•    Monitor the work progress and responsible for documentation submission and email follow up

•    Coordinate with clients and project team for the project follow-up / E&M vendors

•    Ensure the material orders and logistics meet with project progress and deadlines

•    Manage performance of all contractors, and suppliers

•    Manage site issues including quality, safety and environment

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Degree/Higher Diploma/IVE/DSE in Building Studies / Construction/ Engineering or equivalent

•    Minimum 5 years experience or above in building/fitting-out of commercial or residential projects

•    Strong leadership skills, aggressive personality, good internal & external communication skills, can work under high pressure and meet deadline

•    Good Spoken & written English and Chinese

•    Able to work independently and strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills

•    Knowledge of Interior design drawings & details

Job Responsibilities:

· Coordinates and manages all site activities associated with the Company's assigned projects including management of all site supervisors and sub-contractors. Liaises with client, main contractor, consultants and project team towards the execution of efficient and cost effective works.

· Coordinates the site installation matters and rectify problems encountered on-site installation. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.

· Liaise with the Factory/Suppliers/Subcontractors and ensure their schedule, material delivery and site installation are of good quality and on time.

Site Manager / Site Supervisor – Façade / Curtain Wall Projects

Our client is an international contractor seeking a site manager to oversee various projects in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all on-site activities for assigned façade/curtain wall projects.
• Manage site supervisors, subcontractors, and liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Resolve installation issues and ensure timely, high-quality delivery from the factory/suppliers.

Requirements:

Project Manager, Site Supervision (1 year contract, renewable)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee all on-site supervision activities for our residential renovation projects. This role is pivotal in translating design concepts into finished projects of the highest quality. The successful candidate will be the primary point of PM on-site, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality and safety standards. A key focus will be on managing critical systems including waterproofing integrity, HVAC ducting, and lighting installations.

The Job:

• Provide overall project leadership and direct the day-to-day on-site supervision of all renovation activities.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, reporting regularly on progress and financial status.
• Conduct rigorous quality control inspections, with a specialized focus on MEP related works to prevent future issues.
• Oversee the installation of air conditioning ductwork to ensure optimal system design, airflow, and energy efficiency.
