Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall project management duty, site supervision, works progress & quality control liaise & co-ordinate with clients and sub-contractors
- Liaise with consultants and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery
- Manage overall project execution and budget control
- Monitor and report project progress
- Able to work independently and overtime work
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of fit-out project management experience (residential, offices or retail)
- Ability to interpret construction drawings
- Strong technical knowledge in fitting-out works
- Strategic problem-solving skills for on-site issues
- Excellent communication and site management abilities
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as the post of Site Supervisor
- Immediate availability preferred

Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinates and manages all site activities associated with the Company's assigned projects including management of all site supervisors and sub-contractors. Liaises with client, main contractor, consultants and project team towards the execution of efficient and cost effective works.
· Coordinates the site installation matters and rectify problems encountered on-site installation. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
· Liaise with the Factory/Suppliers/Subcontractors and ensure their schedule, material delivery and site installation are of good quality and on time.

Key Responsibilities
