- 5+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas within Insurance: digital transformation, agile transformation, operational excellence, designing/implementing target operating model
- A strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of client deliverable
- Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working – including designing or implementing target operating model strategies.
- Experience delivering large scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams
- Highly effective relationship management skills, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
- Must have a strong track record of delivery, driving business development within a consulting role, as well as the generation of sales
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills

- Ensure forward-looking credit analysis and make recommendations to actively sell down/credit insure riskier assets in the book.
- Ability to analyse risk/return and optimise profits for own portfolio and directs, based on forward-looking risks such as CG downgrades, incremental credit losses, stress tests, etc.
- Support packaging deals with distribution/securitisation teams for funded/unfunded risk participations or synthetic sell downs (e.g., CLOs).
- Work closely with GSAM and GCM product teams to ensure stage 3 ECLs are reasonable with realistic assumptions.
- Manage GCM loan portfolio returns by minimising ECLs within set budgets.
- Monitor LGD benefits to ensure they align with deal origination expectations.
- Support GCM's sustainability initiatives, including managing manual inputs on CRR5201a.
- Develop and lead the respective team effectively.
- Conduct proactive, comprehensive, and timely credit analysis through BCA renewals, quarterly reports, waivers, amendments, and credit event documentation.
- Evaluate risks associated with various financing solutions including leverage, acquisition, project, export, and structured finance, considering structural, contractual, and external risks.
- Perform financial analysis of complex customer bases, including ratio, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
- Assess security, including parental support, and evaluate project management and strategy.
- Possess credit analyst experience, risk mitigation skills, financial analysis, and financial modelling expertise.
