- Liase, supervise and review daily operations with operation teams to handle full set of accounting of Kineta HK
- Liaise and troubleshoot with operation teams on all month-end closing matters; e.g. to prepare month-end accruals journals
- Review and submit monthly financial reports to Management
- Prepare daily bank receipts reconcilation from different payment channels (e.g Octopus, Credit Card, Internal Sales) and investigate/follow up with the variances

- Prepare half-yearly fair valuation on existing outstanding charging credits

- Design and implement on system-generated report from Wallet Applications for any functions used in the Wallet Application in order to capture relevant financial information into our books and records
- Assist in managing procurement & payment approval to ensure compliance with Kineta's financial policies & procedures
- Enhance internal controls relating to finance & accounting functions & business operations
- Prepare ad-hoc urgent cheque payments for daily operations
- Review quarterly GFA schedules and workings
- Handle statutory audit & prepare audited financial statements and tax computation schedules
