Key Responsibilities
Bakery Operations & Production Management
- Plan, supervise, and monitor daily production to meet quantity, quality, and timing goals
- Ensure all recipes and procedures are followed accurately and consistently
- Maintain operational flow in the kitchen by managing production schedules and shift planning
- Oversee dough preparation, proofing, baking, filling, finishing, and packaging
Recipe Development & Product Innovation
