  • Client Advisory & Strategy Development:
  • Advise clients on market entry strategies, digital asset issuance, tokenisation models, RWA, etc.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to advise related use cases and business models.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • Guide clients through the design and launch of crypto tokens, including tokenomics, governance, and compliance.
  • Support feasibility studies and regulatory assessments for tokenised assets and stablecoins.
  • Evaluate and recommend blockchain platforms and consensus mechanisms based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and secure blockchain infrastructures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and help clients navigate regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiCA, HKMA, MAS).
  • Project Management & Implementation Support:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in crypto markets, blockchain consulting, or digital asset strategy.

  • Guide clients through the design and launch of crypto tokens, including tokenomics, governance, and compliance.
  • Support feasibility studies and regulatory assessments for tokenised assets and stablecoins.
  • Evaluate and recommend blockchain platforms and consensus mechanisms based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and secure blockchain infrastructures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and help clients navigate regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiCA, HKMA, MAS).
  • Project Management & Implementation Support:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of client engagements.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in crypto markets, blockchain consulting, or digital asset strategy.
  • Strong understanding of tokenisation, smart contracts, and blockchain protocols.
  • Experience advising on or launching stablecoins or tokenised products is preferrable.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior consulting experience with financial institutions or fintechs.
  • Technical familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, or enterprise blockchain platforms.
  • Experience with stablecoin application, digital asset custody, DeFi protocols, or CBDC initiatives.
  • Experience with HKMA/SFC licensing process (VATP, SVF, etc.)

  • Experience in insurance process and operating model design.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required.
