Familiar with critical facilities including Chiller/Cooling Tower, CRAC, UPS, STS, Genset, FM200, Pre-action Sprinkler System …etc.
Strong leadership, people and communication skills
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS excel and powerpoint.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B(0) or above for Mechanical/ Building Services Engineers and Grade C(0) for Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities
+ Conduct daily facilities maintenance for all assigned facilities, mainly E&M, minor of builder's work
+ Create work plans for both preventive and corrective maintenance

+ Holder of EMSD registered Electrical Worker Grade A.
+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Good team player with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
